Had a great experience today, all thanks to Cody! She had the perfect personality and attitude for her role?so patient and kind. She made my mum and I feel so welcome that we were already planning to come back before we?d even left the store. I also witnessed her giving the same amazing customer service to others as I waited to be served, as well as clearly being a pleasant colleague to work with. Hope to be served by Cody again in the future!

I have had a really poor experience with this store and with the company in general. Last week I entered the store looking for a charity box which was advertised online. I wanted to smell the perfume in the box before purchasing. I was served by a young Caucasian lady who had the worst attitude of any sales assistant I have ever experienced. She was extremely rude, and had no clue of anything I asked her. I pointed out that she had a bad attitude and knew nothing about the store she was working in, and left.
Upon complaining about my experience to customer services, I was offered an apology and the choice of reward points or a 20% voucher. I made the mistake of accepting the voucher and using it online. I purchased a Prada Paradoxe Intense perfume to be collected in store.
I collected my order, took it home only to realise they had given me the normal Paradoxe perfume and not the intense version. The intense version is significantly higher in price compared to the original.
After liasing back and forth with customer services, I was told I have to bear the expense and time of returning to the store to exchange the perfume, and that they had kept one aside for me.
I go back to the store today and deal with the same problematic girl again, who again had no idea what I was saying to her. She went to get her manager who was pleasant and helpful. After trying to locate my perfume and reading through my emails from customer services, he then apologised and said someone had sold the perfume kept aside for me. He offered me a refund which I accepted.
I'm annoyed at the waste of time, and the expense of driving to the store and paying for parking, with no perfume to show for it. I also repeatedly said to customer service that I do not want to return to that store and asked for alternative ways to resolve my issue, such as a prepaid returns label so I could post the perfume back and receive the correct one. They repeatedly insisted I return to the store.
I will never be shopping from the Perfume Shop ever again and will stick to Boots from now on.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Fragrance Shop in The D Mall, Luton, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations, thanks to the incredible service provided by the store manager Ms. Meena. I was looking to buy a gift for my Boss but wasn't sure what to look for since I have no experience in selecting fragrances. From the moment I walked in, the manager was not only helpful but also genuinely polite and attentive, which made my shopping experience truly delightful.
She took the time to understand what I was looking for, patiently guiding me through various fragrance options while offering knowledgeable suggestions tailored to my preferences. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel valued as a customer, turning what could have been a simple shopping trip into a memorable experience. The gift was appreciated by the recipient, so money well Spent
What stood out the most was the Meena's genuine passion for the products and her commitment to ensuring I left the store satisfied with my purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured, and her polite and friendly attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this store. I remember that she helped me with one difficult refund issue in the past as well.
I left The Fragrance Shop not only with a fantastic new scent but also with a smile on my face, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the manager. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect and care, I highly recommend visiting The Fragrance Shop in The D Mall, Luton. The manager there will ensure you have an exceptional experience!

Excellent service from Michael, on Friday 1/9, I needed a present for a friend, he helped me choose a gift and then wrapped it beautifully too, totally focussed on me as his customer, extremely polite and helpful, thank you Michael.

What a great shopping experience we had. Helped by the very knowledgeable Chloe, who made us feel special. The whole shopping experience , right down to the beautiful gift wrapping was so positive . Would definitely shop there again.

bought 2 mens perfume for fathers day they have a special offer at the moment which is 15% discount for all perfumes and also they have a gift wrapping service with your own personalised message on the ribbons the lady on the counter was very kind and helpful i do recommend this place to others for every special occasion and it is worth registering for a reward card for points to get money off your perfumes....

I visited the store today at 16:20 and the lady who I talked to (dark-skinned girl at her mid 20s or less)was clearly not willing to do her job, I told her I wanted to buy a new perfume and that I wanted to try a few and she didn't bother helping me choose, she even made me feel awkward for asking her to try some perfumes.To make things worse at some point her friend came and they were chatting and laughing together completely ignoring me as a customer. I was intending to buy a perfume from your store but your store assistant made me change my mind about it.Maybe you should choose your store assistants more carefully and if some of them are not willing to do their job maybe they should stay at home.I've never felt more unwelcome as a customer.
