This is really sad to put only 2 star even though the doctor and nurse are nice but the RECEPTIONIST!!! They are so rude and unprofessional and because they are the first people you talk to , it gives a really bad impression. They definitely need more training

Worst surgery you can register yourself with reception staff rude and unhelpful and if you have doctor azhar Sofia as your Gp then good luck because she?s very unprofessional and never available and even when you book phone consultations she never calls on time and because she is a partner in surgery so she treats patients and she wishes I?ve had to wait for my results over months and had to call over and over and she will just leave to reception without even notifying patients so basically worst Gp I?ve been with in 23 years and had to change Gp

I have had absolutely no problem with the receptionist or the doctors the Manager all r polite even ther phlebotomist n ther nurse majorie r really good n professional at all timed we have had appts with Dr chowdury Dr Carrie Dr subhani and Dr Sophia no problem n I always gt an appt regardless as long as u call at 8am on the dot u wil gt an appt

Extremely poor service. I emailed twice and never have a response back. Receptionist advises my doctor will reply back within a day. Rang 3 days later to only be on hold for an hour and half and then to be told it has to be done privately.Poor patient service once again.Anita

Not all but few of the Receptionists are very rude, I have had few they were lovely. Doctors were very friendly in their behaviour but I don?t know what happened in between, my 2 year old was supposed to have follow up every 4/5 months, when I moved to luton, registered with them, immediately called and asked to refer him to the urology department, called after 5 months, they didn?t even referred him yet! Then said we will do immediately as an urgent basis, then another 3 months passed, no appointment, called for 4 days straight, first 2 days after more than an hour I was still 12th in line, so hung up, then 3rd day no appointment, 4th day I made a fuss over the phone, then they gave me a F2F appointment, said again they will chase it up, then I got a letter from L&D urology that a clinic appointment has been made in last week of April!So I asked for a appointment for my 2 years old in oct,2021. Got one in last week of April,2023. Thats all for a toddler who has serious health condition!

Recently joined and have found the phone line situation ridiculous! It is almost impossible to get through, so I have to end up walking to the surgery on foot in order to get an appointment. A referral was to be made 5 months ago from another Trust and I went there today to hear from the receptionist that a letter had not been received when I had clearly spoken to a GP there months before who insisted the referral would be made. Note to receptionist in question - you are NOT a GP, simply book an appointment for me to see one, as this is an urgent issue, and leave the attitude at home. If I do not hear from the GP within the 2 working days as noted on the website, I will be lodging a complaint with PALS. Such a shame as the GP's themselves are lovely, but there is something going awfully wrong within the operational admin systems.

Being a patient here I am absolutely shocked with how rude the receptionist staff are. When getting through to someone they rush and cannot wait to put the phone down!! They make you feel like you have to rush what your saying, You are expected to call at 8am takes over 30 mins to get through only to be told their are no Appointments left. I have called up for 2 days only to be told this. It's highly frustrating for us patients who are in need of an appointment.Doctors are lovely its a big let down how rude the receptionist are.

The surgery is very helpful in terms of service, however the waiting time on the phone to contact a doctor makes it quite difficult to arrange an appointment or have a conversation over the phone. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told there is no appointments left, which is quite disappointing.
