I would be very careful using this pharmacy. Health care advisor was not knowledgeable in his job and came across as rude and dismissive when trying to get information on a simple thing as child weigh gain supplements. They need more training and better customer service.

I went today to register myself my wife and my two daughters and faced a very unwelcoming atmosphere and rude behaviour of staff from reception to business manager. Another colour lady walked in and wasn?t really happy with their service too. I felt like they been racist and at the end refused to register us. Never expected to face such a rude unprofessional attitude towards a new patient. Will never recommend anyone to register their specially if you are a colour person.

They whole team is very rude and didn't guide in a correct way, only waste your time by non sense things and if you complain they said straight away go to another surgery,this is the way they talk with patients,old peoples and parents, they need to learn even basic manners .

If you are looking for a GP, I highly recommend Dr Bath. Staff are always kind caring and helpful. Always get an appointment, Dr Bath listens, takes time and I always feel he genuinely appreciates my difficulties. Great team who all go over and above to help and support. Really excellent GP practice

Rude. Tried signing up for post op checks and the lady didn't even listen properly or care for the issues. Manners and empathy doesn't cost a thing.

In our experience, they seem to be an entirely negligent team from the receptionists, general practice managers to Dr Bath. Seems like they are intentional, in their response to medical enquiry, investigation, treatment and management to deliver a totally unacceptable service - especially for older patients. Not only is it impossible to secure an appointment, often the team are rude, apathetic and disinterested in their tone. Dr Bath appears to be an absent doctor and nearly all medical attention has been at the result of 111 calls; often resulting in a delay of diagnosis and hospitalisation. It is a shame that we feel the practice does not take its duty of care seriously. I am surprised that complaints have not been escalated and that this surgery is deemed fit for purpose.

I?ve not been able to see the Dr ? because of Covid? this is the excuse for everyone!! Since having a stroke back in December ( that possibly would not have been so bad if I seen my Dr at the time rather than being told 3 days later when the pain didn?t improve and ended up going to A&E), diabetes for 37 years and a heart attack 9 years ago I?ve not seen my Dr only a couple of phone calls, I need some help but struggle to get past the highly qualified receptionist, today I got cut off the calls twice although I was told I didn?t then being frustrated get told I?m wrong!!!!! Dr is ok when I?ve seen him in the past and the nurses are really good but why do I have to explain why I need to see the Dr? I?m not going in because I have a cold or a paper cut, I need help from my Dr then they wonder why so many people die

This is only because of receptionists acting like doctors and the gp not seeing people face to face. They keep telling me to ring 111 when I want to speak to the doctor. 111 then direct me to the hospital which I don't want to go to with my baby since they do unnecessary painful procedures on him. Instead I would just like to not be fobbed off to 111 and for the doctor to see me face to face so my baby can be examined.However nurses are great and tell me the truth about things which reassures me that I am not being lief to when it comes to the health of my child.If gp starts seeing face to face and receptionists stop acting like doctors I'll revise my review.

All staff are friendly and approachable.nurses are very good and put you at ease. Dr Bath is excellent, knowledge of latest medicines is very good and he explains what treatment he prescribed how to take it and for how long and he will answer any questions you may have10/10

I called almost 2 months ago and they lady on the phone said I should call on the 25th of August. I put it down on my calendar. I called them today and was turned away. Everywhere else around me is not taking people but why tell me to wait and call back then turn me away. I have an emergency and have no gp?.

I thought receptionists are not doctors but every time I call this gp the receptionist acts like a doctor and is sending me places and not giving me access to the doctorI have asked for a call back by the doctor and the receptionist said that the doctor will call me back today and never gave me a particular hour when I should expect the call . Anyway the doctor called and I was on another line and could not answer then once I ended my call I called the gp back to ask for another call back only to be told that I should have answered the call in the first place :))(telling me off)Then the doctor called back and the phone only rang twice and he hung up just when I was going to pick upI dont get why they act like this but anyways ... I would like to change somewhere else but the other gp down the road was even worse so...RANT OVER and I hope they read this review and get their act together (receptionists are not doctors)

I must say this the best GP.A friendly staff and caring nurses.I know this GP from 2012 I have not even a single issue with the surgery and with the staff.They will book appointment very easily.No hassle to make any appointment with them any time.
