Staff always very helpful in guiding me to the products I want. Also alert me to any special offers on my favourite tipple! Advise me if I forget to pay for a bag as I am a little forgetful at times. Well done !

Staff are incredibly rude. I forgot to pay for a bag and a staff member began to shout and berate me for not paying for a 30p bag he also started to speak to other customers saying i have told him to pay for a bag. I am extremely angry and embarrassed. Do not shop here i will be shopping at co-op for now on at least they have better customer service.

Very nice staff for the most part, although the rather short man with long hair and lots of silver jewellery tends to stare at my girlfriend rather inappropriately. However the manager delivered my wallet round to my door when I left it there one day. So pros and cons: potential sexual harassment, but go the extra mile service.
Some stock replenishing issues but generally good for bits shopping.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered a whoosh delivery. An hour and a half later still no food delivered. Then a message to say my order has been cancelled. To contact the store. The phone number doesn?t work. Called main Tesco customer services- can?t help either. Put through another order- same thing. Take the money but no delivery of food. Absolutely appalling. Will not use again. Will be complaining to Tesco customer services in the morning.Do not use this Tesco express.
