Came into store today was seen straight away by Zoe who was lovely and very attentive helped me choose the perfect lip liner colours, at the till I was served by Daniel who was also very polite and attentive great staff will definitely go back

Went to pay for my stuff, lady at the till said ?3 for 2 do u wanna grab smth? so i ran and grab something and asked a lady doing nothing ?hey do you know where the sparkly lipglosses are? and she said, with an attitude ?no you?re gonna have to look for yourself? and I said ?oh very helpful? and she said, kinda shouting ?yeah well they don?t tell us where all the shades of lipglosses are ? ?
Firstly I worked in retail so I know she?s probably not living the dream, but I was trying to help her coworker and not take my time and hold up the queue. Nicer attitude would go a long way.

I had be trying to book an appointment with my GP for the last 2 weeks and like most found it virtually impossible to obtain any appointments. Called 111 who promptly advised me to go to the Superdrug pharmacy. Mercy, the Pharmacy manager, quickly had a one on one consultation with me and prescribed me antibiotics for bacterial tonsillitis. She was very clear, kind and patient throughout. The whole process took no longer than 30 minutes. Brilliant service

I love superdrug stuff but the customer service isn't great! Staff need to be more welcoming to customers but they always look so grumpy or unfriendly only one or two staff are friendly

Hi, I usually visit Superdrug, Luton Point store and the staffs are helpful. Yesterday morning I think the sales lady name is SPELMAN who first served as sales and then when I went to pay later she was cashier to me. I was able to get her name from the reciept she gave me and the time was 13.24. This lady was very rude when I asked her for lip gloss that was clear and half price which I found yesterday at closing time in this particular place and not able to find now. She pointed out the ones that was in different shades in a pack in that place. I said it?s shaded and what I saw was clear like water Color, she rudely said all the lip gloss is only in clear color and not in shaded Colors. She spoke in a way that as if I don?t know anything about lip gloss. She harshly told it?s all arranged today and you need to find everywhere. She was not ready to help to search. I kindly request you to speak to her and say to be customer friendly. The way she treated me is not fair and discriminated me.

Went into Superdrug as usual with my sister to buy a few things. Found it very unsettling that a member of staff wearing a black hijab stood by the side eyeing us up the entire time. Then I noticed the security guard started to follow around until we got to the till. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I understand shoplifting is rife but if you?re doing that to every single customer then the level of service is unacceptable. It has completely ruined my experience of Superdrug. I understand your jobs aren?t worth it but you don?t have to take it out on the public.

Why can you book a vaccine appointment at 8:20 if the shop doesn?t even open until 8:30!!!

I had an amazing experience at this shop.
One of the staff, Lorraine (I think she had a Team Lead badge on that day) was so patient and made a facial recommendation that changed my life.
This is me returning after 3 months of using the product to drop this review. I love my experience at superdrug and I think they have earned my lifetime loyalty.

My order was collected within 10 minutes of being told that my order is not at the back of the store. Who's identification was used?????
This was being told for a second time within a week that my package was not at the back.
Not happy with this company and 1 star is not enough it should be minus 100 stars.
Not a happy customer.

Me and my friends went to town and one of my friends decided to buy a cocoa vaseline. We then decided we would go to a couple of other shops and then catch the bus home. While we were waiting for the bus my friend opened the vaseline and there was nothing inside. My friend was obviously really mad so we went back to the shop to tell them about this situation. When we went back to the shop we showed the receipt to the same lady that sold us the vaseline and she went to talk to someone. After a couple of minutes she came back with the vaseline my friend bought and another vaseline. She then said to us that they don?t sell the packaging of the vaseline we bought.

Avoid like the plague for their beauty services. The store is fine, usually served relatively quickly. But the beauty lady gets huffy without appointments even though it's supposed to be a drop in option as well. Nothing is ready, they change the advertised times when ever they feel like it and noone in the store knows so you end up waiting 45 mins for them show up only to asked to wait some more as they're not ready for the day. Not the first time it's happened so would recommend finding ANYWHERE else.
