Terrible service here. Not sure if all subways are like this, but I had to ask 3 times for more salad in my sub and even then the amount inside was a joke. Given the amount they cost, you would think there would be enough salad to actually cover the base, but perhaps I was expecting too much. I suggest other vegetarians go elsewhere.

I get delivery from here many times. The food is made perfectly everytime, Hot and delicious. Never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Clean place with good customer service. I went there after a long time and loved the food. The good thing is this subway is halal. There is a parking lot behind the shop which is cheap so parking isn't an issue.

Yesterday, me and my friends visited the subway luton - LU11HG. The behaviour of the employee was very rude and he is serving the food with his bare hands and no proper uniform, not maintaining the store hygiene. He is making food contaminated by serving the veg and veg-non veg with the same hands. There is no name plate displayed and there is no higher authority in the store. This is what the employee uses abusive language. I have a very short video but there a lengthy rude behaviour by the employee.Team Subway is maintaining an excellent customer service as shown in the video.Hope you will continue same in all the subway?s treating the customers with same behaviour.Appreciates ??

If the sub-card scanner is not working in you shop than why we should spend soo much money too make a sub points as well as not know about other offer you really should need to be work on this# as well as the behaviour of staff(he) is very rude they even not gave us more information just say no straight forward what is this? This is not happen first time please make sure your staff work with professionalism#Thanku#

Very rude behaviour from the Subway employee. they are completely unhygienic(employees are not wearing gloves and without handwash they were making sandwitch)
