I have just been for 3rd visit knowing that it can take a couple of visits for stylist to get your hair as you like. I explained clearly what I wanted it came away with complete opposite. Cut was so bad l had to get husband to remove some long bits that had been left. Needless to say l won?t be back.

Update: Following on from my last review, I've just been back to Olivia. She took time to talk through my brief and matched it perfectly. I really cannot recommend her highly enough.If you want to go somewhere where you feel valued, where the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere relaxing, head on over to The Strand in Sundon Park. Olivia did an awesome job on my hair. I fully endorse her skills and recommend her as a super stylist.... Thank you...
