Nice location off Rope Walk. I had a sandwich & cold drink which was nice. Some outside tables if the weather is dry. Spacious inside. Nice atmosphere & friendly staff.

Thought this Starbucks opened at 6am as stated on their website and Google listing.
Arrived at 6.04am today and it still wasn?t open. Had a bus to catch so walked over to the bus stop where I watched 2 staff exit the building at 6.15am to vape.

I am in this Starbucks at least 5 mornings a week on my way to work.
The staff are always polite friendly and if you a regular like me they know what you have.
Ben is always smiling when you go in would recommend to everyone ?.

Service is lovely, pleasant, professional baristas.
The non-stop T-Swizzle is grating though, not gonna lie. Unfortunately, it?s one of the few half-decent cafés in Luton for Wi-Fi and matcha, so I suppose I?ll endure.
Lastly, management might consider installing plug sockets at the benches that haven?t got any installed. (There are empty slots on the benches where they should have be installed) the wall with the bench gets crowded.

Today, (17 February) at 5pm something, I came to this Starbucks to buy a sandwhich. When I went to the counter, to pay, there was a customer before me, so I had to wait behind her. The lady that served the customer before me, had got black and pony tail hair. When this lady finished with the customer, she went away to do something, while I was still waiting. Then she came back and she was doing something else IN FRONT OF ME and I was still waiting.
In that moment, on my left side I saw a guy coming to the counter and that lady immediately went towards him, so basically she ignored me even if she knew that I was waiting. So at this point, I told her that I had been waiting for the whole time and why she didn?t tell me nothing? She then said to me that where I was standing, it was the wrong side, but in a very rude way and she also told me that she didn?t see me.
I told her she was a liar, and she told me I was a liar too. How??
She could just apologise if she really didn?t see me. She had a horrible attitude towards me that I also left at the counter the sandwiches and walked away.
What kind of disrespect is that?
I will never come back again to this Starbucks in Station Road (Luton) and I will definitely talk bad about it to others.

Made me wait 1 hr and 30 minutes for my matcha. Ended up cancelling the order and i ended up paying an uber to drive me to work for 12 miles because they made me late. Also no matcha?????

The service here is lovely. Shout out to Cynzia, the tall man (whose name I didn?t get) and Brayona (butchered the spelling of their names) for providing friendly and quick service. I visited the Luton branch opposite the train station on 18.12.2024 between 9.15am - 9.30am (hopefully you can see who was working and give them the relevant accolades!).
