Extremely likely. From the moment I arrived at Specsavers Luton, I was attended to promptly and treated with genuine respect. The service was efficient and professional, which made the whole visit feel smooth and reassuring.

Do not chose half framed glasses if you do not want to waut and waste time after the store ask £60 extra for special anti pintch job for half framed glasses.
Me and my wife attended. Our Eye scan, eye test part was good. No priblem with options. After i have prescribed 2 glasses. I have chosen 2 half framed frames for VDU priscibtion and waitied 1 hour to order my glasses. Then someone came to speak to us. I wsnt to use 2 for 1 option andalso i had voucher from my work place and discount for VDU glasses. Then the person who speak to us went to ask manager(i beileve he was store manager) to ask if ican do that. He came back and said, thise half frame glasses pinched easily and has to be done something (i dont remember what he said) for those type off frames. Asked £60 pound for each glasses where even frame itself is £100 each. I have told that Without doing that thing i cannot buy half frame glasses. I am not stupid and didn't buy anything after waiting 1hour to be served. Specsavers need to put label about extra £60 payment for half framed frames and let people know they cannot buy if tgey donot want to put anti pintch job. This is misleading of the customer and wasting our time

Today I went into Specsavers to adjust my glasses because I had accidentally stepped on the frame a put it out of alignment. The lady greeting everyone was very friendly and efficient. Her name is Aquila. I hope I spelt that correctly.
This is the second time that I have visited with an issue and all the staff that dealt with me were also friendly and helpful.

Publicity at it?s Peak?.
Very Bad Experience? If you guys can?t work for your customers why you take the bookings.. It?s Waste of time both for you and the customers. Looks like Specsavers is good at Marketing but won?t even care about the people who wants to go with them? Especially the team at Luton store they don?t even care about the customers. They are not at all kind and warm.

Polite and helpful staff on entry. I happened to have been served by Zaina on my last two visits. Her welcoming smile was relaxing and she showed such care. I asked for her name today, because her attention to details was commendable. Big up Zaina! Thank you!???????

Good service overall, but the reception staff could be more welcoming. They seemed inexperienced, almost like students. Also, the two girls at the front desk gave the impression that they were talking about us, which felt unprofessional.

Everything was very smooth throughout my visit. Was happy with the tests that they ran on my eyes, was all explained beforehand. Was happy with being able to look at the glasses in my price range without being forced to look at the most expensive ones. Happy with my glasses since I got them!
