?I regularly fuel up my cab and have visited this Shell gas station multiple times. Unfortunately, I find their fuel prices consistently higher than other stations nearby. Additionally, the customer service experience has been disappointing ? the staff, particularly a European lady and an Indian gentleman on the night shift, have exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior. Due to this poor service, I?ve advised my fellow drivers to consider other fueling options. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves the customer experience.?

The tyre pressure machine deflated my tyre pressure. Employees didn?t do anything. Shell is the biggest scam, yet they still avoid paying tax in this country.

They always close the pumps towards the road which is frustrating, head office please tell them to stop doing this, its because they go on theirs phones on tiktok and dont want to keep and eye on cameras so they close those pumps off. Also fuel prices are a con here and I will be reporting this to the local council as theres new rules for this now. Car was brushes could also do with a clean too as they make the bonnet even more dirty!

Horible place!Most of the time the fuel pumps are shut,because they don?t want to get the cars in multiple lanes.Most of the time it is a place for gatherings of people with antisocial behaviour and off road bikes who start acting like they?re in a competitionOverall,to be avoided.

Watch out when you're using app for points. When you want to scan, the supervisor Gemma literally ask if she can take the phone for a sec. Then for 20 seconds just start typing something and in the end she says that she left the review without clients permission

i have used this petrol pump on several occasions and have not faced such a disappointing service until today. (11.11.23). The staff tanim was extremely rude when i asked him to help assist me with my petrol. This was due to the pump spilling the petrol despite not being inserted into the tank or even been squeezed. I had paid for my petrol despite of this and had asked him to help me as i required more fuel. He was rude, stating he was alone and it is against his job duty to perform this act while smirking. Tanim also stated that ?he was alone? however it was later obvious another worker was present in the shop. After waiting there for some assistance for several minutes, i had to leave. This caused customers behind me to become frustrated as there was no help. Something needs to be done urgently.
