Went to Screwfix Bilton way Luton.
Even though it was busy they had only 2 staff present.
I must say the lady who served me was a credit to the company,she was so helpful in sorting out the the items that I required and did not rush me.
Her advice on the items was invaluable and I certainly will be returning again.

We were served by Yvonne today who was a very kind and supportive. She took the time to help us with our query, was patient and thorough, with a big smile on her face and made us feel welcomed and valued. I came in today to pick up few things. I was served by shelim. He was very polite and provided great customer service. They seemed under staffed as he was on till by himself dealing with all the customers. Yet he still provided all of us a great service.

Bought a chainsaw from this branch. It randomly stopped working after 2nd use. I spoke to someone in Branch in person - they said dont worry bring it in - I am sure we can exchange it for you. I told him im not sure where box or receipt is but can prove purchase by my bank statement. He said will be fine - was duty manager. Came in today and the 2 ladies basically told me to bugger off. Why make me waste a journey here? I would have thrown it away but its principle. Awful! These guys sell varied services! Depends whose on the till on what day with them. Never again.

Amazing service from both Carl and Shalim. I use this store all the time and they are always super quick. They are very patient when you need to ask 100 questions and provide great advice and support. Can't beat the prices also. Thank you.
