Over 20 customers are waiting to pay. None off the main tills were open except self scan service. They have 12 self scan 1 person to help for all those 12 tills. Thats mean we the customer working for sainsbury. 1 person handling 12 self scan. Shame on sainsbury.

Saw customer being chased by security whilst running out without paying. Anarchy at the reductions area and a lady sit in a complete strangers car whilst the car was unlocked. What world did I just walk into. The community is absolutely rotten.
