Worst Sainsbury?s experience to date. Lack of staff means that you wait ages to get help when the self service tills have an error. Store is run down. I hope HQ take notice and discipline Store Manager. You can and should do better.

Parked at Sainsburys Dunstable Road Luton with my disabled wife. We did shopping at Sainsburys.
We left after 1hour 50 minutes. Just received 60 pounds parking fine for overstaying maximum allowed parking time.
Won?t be visiting this store again.
Most stores allow 2 hours of free parking.
Very poor in my view.

Male shelf stacking staff unhelpful unfriendly one male rude and ignorant with a chip on his shoulder. Half of tills after 730pm closed. Long waits. 10-15 mins. No checkouts open. Don't worry Sainsbury's only makes £1bn a year profits.
