Pumps soaked with diesel, no gloves and no blue roll to wipe down the pumps, clearly staff are not interested in replenishing these consumables or cleaning down the pumps. Particularly disgusting when using petrol pumps, not even diesel, but some ape has sprayed more diesel over the forecourt than managed to get in their tank.

Appaling petrol station AGAIN @sainsburys . Non working pumps and I was told that I couldn't make use of the only alternative because of the direction of my vehicle. Urgent Medical Couriers DO NOT HAVE TIME to be messed around THANKS

Found the fuel prices competetive, however saving eroded as follows. appalled at kiosk customer service and disregard of customer safety relative to the airline . I paid for air with a card, unable to inflate or gain a balanced reading - pump faulty making strange noises. Tried again as my tyre seemed deflated, paid again to try and get air back in , same problem.Checked on another tyre to confirm my tyre valve not faulty, it wasn't.Concerned for other customers I reported to cash desk , male advised "air machine nothing to do Sainsburys ,however could give me an e mail address for their provider". A responsible person would have considered safety implications, turned the machine off immediately and in the spirit of customer service refunded my wasted money. Sorry, if it's on their site it is something to do wih them, especially as you pay for air now.I will ask to speak to the store manager next time I shop at Sainsburys or if not possible I will escalate to the Sainsbury's Head Office.

Easy to use and offers either pay at pump or there is a kiosk.Noticed whilst filling up that you can actually set the amount you want to spend on the pump screen. Haven't tried this option but will certainly do so another time.The forecourt itself is relatively small so if other customers don't park correctly at the pumps you will struggle to leave until they do.Prices are good so will definitely be back.

extremely rude staff, unreasonable. All togheder first and last visit. Strongly recommend anywhere else.
