They never have medicine in stock. Especially antibiotics. You always have to wait. Service is very slow. The ladies working there are not very nice.

Staff are helpful, but there are not enough of them, for the number of people that require prescriptions on a daily basis.
The large Chemist should have been retained and this one closed in my
opinion.

Impossible to find . Not called bk to claim the owing slip they still owe me 58 tablets and that was 3wks ago so clearly they cant get the tablets again. Nightmare. So 1 day after this review comes a text medication is in for collection i go there and i found there is the box of WRONG MEDICATION. THANK GOD I CHECKED B4 I LEFT. So basically i could of had alergic reaction all because they cant get the medication as they buy the cheapest brands only . Profit b4 patients health.

They take forever to get repeat prescriptions, which are prepared offsite. I allow a week, but often it still isn't ready. Where does the medication come from? The moon? Even after they have received it, they say I need to come back after 3 pm, as everything stops for lunch 2 pm-3 pm. They say they will text me when my medication is ready. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Today they didn't even have a pharmacist and didn't know when they would have one. They have received my medication from the offsite preparation area, but after more than a week they can't hand it over because they don't have a pharmacist and can't get one.

Keep up the hard work! We appreciate your service to the community, the new pharmacy first system is going to take time for everyone to get used to, it felt foreign to me, but it could be a great assistance for us all.Thank you for helping.

Have been using this Pharmacy for years and every time it is a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and happy to provide advice on both the prescription and any minor conditions, suggesting the appropriate shelf medicine. Place is always clean. Very grateful to have this Pharmacy in the local area.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. I am running out of medicine because if their neglect .My first prescription was sent to them on 29/08 and the second on 5/09 and the third on 9/09. I could collect the last two prescriptions but NOT the first one, they said that they returned it to GP ad I didn't collect it in 3 weeks which is not true as I collected the two other prescriptions and when I asked about the first one they said it cane later than the others prescriptions and it was on their site and will be done in two days.They don't even deserve a single star
