I usually buy from rituals as I love the brand. But today shopping was way more easier with Josephine. She helped me choose exactly the products that fits me. She was really friendly, helpful and she knew all the products very well. 10/10 I recommend rituals.

I visited this store yesterday afternoon and I was amazed by the service I received.I went to pick up a gift for my best friend but not sure what to get, however both ladies were in the shop were extremely knowledgeable and helped me to find the perfect gift, I also got end up buying something for myself too! Definitely I will visit again when I?m flying from Luton!!!

Had the best experience! Excellent assistance when choosing what to buy due to the lovely and helpful staff. The particular young man that helped us provided us with great explanations of the products and brand as well. His cheerfulness was the best way to add some happiness to the tiring travel full day. When at Louton airport going to rituals is a definite must!

Karol at Rituals Luton Airport provided us amazing service this morning. It was 7am yet he was bright cheerful and super helpful. If only all retail staff were like Karol - shopping would be much more enjoyable! Thank you ?

I bought on Friday, July 15, 2022 from the Rituals store at Luton Airport, 3 products.A shampoo, a conditioner and a body cream.The conditioner, used only once, I found that instead of 250 ml, there are definitely about 100 ml. I pressed hard until the cream came out, you could only hear the air coming out of the bottle.You can't sell a product at a price of 250 ml and it should be somewhere at 100 ml, in the idea that it is bought from the airport and that the customer cannot return it.It is inadmissible. I feel stolen by the Rituals brand.

Great products (I feel bad I didn't know about them before!), amazing customer experience inside the store and fanstastic customer service! Can't remember the name of the lady (she was Polish!) but she was absolutely lovely and professional. It was a really nice visit

They are not open on the scheduled opening hours. Do not rely on them you might miss your flight. Better to shop at the city center shops if possible.

There was a lovely lady called Taiba there she had only been there for 4 days but she was outstanding! I was deeply touched by her charm professionalism knowledge and amazing customer service. I highly recommend
