I was just thinking would it not be a good idea to have separate tills for refunds? I think a fair amount of people go to get items refunded, so would it not shorten the queues?

Primark is one of the most affordable retailers and offers great value for money. It?s a convenient option for everyday wear and short-term use. Personally, I often buy formal shirts for two or three wears before donating them to charity. Whether it?s trousers, polo shirts, or items for kids, adults, and women?from clothing and footwear to accessories?Primark provides a wide range of choices.
However, the quality can be inconsistent. For example, after just one wash, a blue polo shirt faded to black and a black one turned grey. Because of this, I wouldn?t recommend purchasing gift items from the store.
That said, the brand has strong potential to improve its quality and capture a wider market. With some enhancements, it could become a leading choice. Overall, Primark remains a good value-for-money option.

Store atmosphere wasn't bad, just your average Primark. The line however, was ridiculous. Good amount of staff doing something around the store but no staff members at the till. Only 4 staff members or so at the tills when there was space for over 7 more.

Primark is one of the cheapest but zero quality shopping place. Anything you buy, trouser or polo shirt anything its color will fade away just after one wash. Third class low quality products they are having. I bought 2 trousesr 6 pocket worth 18£ and 14£ after one wash after a week its color changes to blackish red ? how is it possible like after one wash. It didn't take upto one month atleast to worth for my hard-earned money.
Same with the polo shirt. After one wash blue polo turned black and black polo turned grey. Hahah what a joke. I do appreciate price like polo shirt is only 5£ but still the quality is zero or if there is any negative I can give them -5.
Please do something with your quality these made in Bangladesh won't work here in UK buddies

Good place to buy quality things at cheaper prices, the only negative thing for this place is the timing, they close even before the luton point closes.

The customer service in this store is really slacking. Had a awful experience with the team member Cristina and Sala, both of them need training in customer service. Been put off shopping in this store now!
