I asked for a coffee that would wake me up after a long journey. What received was claimed to be an Americano with milk. It was actually the worst weakest poor tasting coffee I have ever bought.
Basically it looks like the place is busy so the staff are just rushing to fill orders with very little attention to quality.
Don't drink a coffee here is my advice.

One of the older clerks here was so cold that she refused to show me my luggage when I went out to use the bathroom, and my seat was next to their front desk
There is no business in the coffee shop at four or five in the morning, many people may have ordered something here at midnight last night to use as a transit stop, but the staff woke up those passengers who did not have a good rest, I think it is a lack of grace as an airport coffee shop

Well the prices are different at the counter and your final payment if you stay on their restaurant. Bad attitude. By the way the Horseradish sandwich is really bad. Theguy explained me that i got the VIP treatment and I payed for 2 sandwiches, 1 coffee and 1 water 22 pounds

Very mindful , very demure, they have some comfy ahh couches to "sit" on ? no sleeping tho , also they got charging ports conveniently located for passengers to charge devices while they wait 16+ hrs for another ryanair flight , thanks ryanair ??? , on God recomend the tropical green tea , very very nice like mush

Back again. Early flight and the airport is super quiet. Nice friendly staff at Pret and the 99p filter coffee is a winner.
Cheapest beverage in the airport. With or without milk. Theres also a complimentry water fountain and cups.

If I could rate it a -100 I would! As a manager myself I could not believe the lack of customer service from the older woman. My friend and I paid for food and came to the seating area to wait for our flight. My friend had gone to sleep since we haven?t had any sleep in the last 48 hours. She came over to my friend multiple times shouting at her and targeting her for sleeping when the majority off customer?s inside were asleep as this was 2:30 am. I was watching over my friend while she slept and this lady came over and started screaming at her while she was asleep scaring the life out of myself who was awake! As well as making my friend jump from her sleep. When I told her she should?ve asked me to wake her instead off screaming she started to argue back with so much attitude. I have NEVER seen such bad management. She clearly does not want to be working here she had a stinking attitude all day. It?s clearly not the first time she?s been complained about and it should be taken seriously. This is located in an airport! Should be giving good customer service. There?s a way of talking to people and asking people to get up and that was beyond disrespectful. I shall be taking this further as I do think this woman needs to be dealt with. Considering I spend a considerable amount of money here (as well as my friend) the least we can get is good service and respect. Disappointed and angry that we har to deal with this over 30 minutes off sleep.

Customer service is not great. Very unorganised. Also, if you ask for an extra napkin polite, you will receive a rude replay "I already give you 2"... Is there a limit on napkins?
