Well maintained rooms, the lift is missing buttons and even though the staff are nice, they vanish. I was waiting 50 minutes for just a drink to start my meal and the restaurant had only another 4 people - who equally looked annoyed for waiting for so long. Meal was average, nice and did the job.
Nearby activities: Nothing close by, need to drive.
Safety: Don?t go out at night and lock everything.
Walkability: Don?t walk at night.
Food and drinks: Lots of choice on their menu in their restaurant.

Scammed me by providing incorrect advise which formed part of the contract as pert Consumer Rights Act 2015 Section 11. They then denied to refund despite the room being unused, contrary to my rights under Section 20 of the act.
For reference the room was dirty, the wifi was unusable and it smelt throughout the hotel so I immediately requested a refunded as they advertise the rooms as clean and 'high speed wifi'.
Rooms: Very small rooms and not very clean.
Safety: There's a ledge as you enter some bathrooms.
Noteworthy details: Terrible wifi, bathrooms dirty, hotel smells.

Weird stuff on the ceiling and the lift was out of order, which wasn't great as we were on the 2nd floor.

Room was well priced and clean. Unfortunately the shower was not cleaned properly. In terms of service, we dealt with 2 different receptionists. One was very helpful whilst the other was moody and abrasive.

Absolutely lovely stay, staff so nice and welcoming especially one member which unfortunately I didnt get the name of. Got to the hotel around 12am and still welcomed nicely by night staff. Breakfast did the job. Beds so comfy! The area around it does unfortunately bring it down somewhat but if you?re just looking for a place to sleep its perfect. The station was very handy and less than half an hour into London.

I travelled over 4 hours after the longest day only to find the toilet does not flush and constantly runs water from it so I have to sleep with the sound of toilet water streaming into the bowl, there is no telephone in the room so therefore the only way to alert the staff in the middle of the night while my babies are asleep is to go all the way down to reception as they do not monitor the telephone nor answer it despite the fact that all calls to the telephone number provided have a cost so I?ll be paying for the 5-10 minute call that I was sat there waiting for someone to answer. In addition to this the car park closes by 10pm so there is no reasonable place to park and bring two sleeping babies in without struggling. However the manager on arrival was great she went above and beyond to ensure my babies were catered for. All the facilities should be arranged to be tested before and after each guest by those who are higher up because this was the last thing I needed when trying to sleep, too anxious to use to toilet as it doesn?t flush and even more anxious to leave my room in the night while my babies are asleep not ideal!

I stayed here last year and only returned because of the price and location. However, the hotel is very, very rundown. There is literally duct tape on every corner where bits are falling off.
There is no way of getting in touch with reception from the room and you have to go down to see them in person and ring a bell.
Avoid if you can.

Birmingham to London bike ride this is a place to come and rest the place is kept clean the fantastic staff especially Manda who made sure I was taken care of as I got injured on the bike ride. In the morning I was greeted by Gabi who made us all welcome for breakfast the cook very polite cannot go wrong here. The evening meal tops.
