Great for an overnight stay

I have visited here twice, bot times were for one night before heading off on a flight.
The first time the service was excellent and the room was clean and we had appropriate towels for the two of us. They were helpful with arranging a cab to the airport the next morning too.
The second time the service was very curt and unfriendly. Our room was on the top floor - not that it was an issue, but the lift was broken and the staff did not even mention it when we checked in. The room was cold when we entered as the windows were left open, the shower was cold and there was only enough towels for one person. I was not impressed. The team that took over after we checked in were much more pleasant and helpful. They provided us with the extra towels we needed and were very apologetic for the service the evening's previous team had given. I would use them again just out of convenience but I can't hold them in as high regard as I did the first time.
Rooms: Windows are left open so be ready for the room to be cold during the winter months.
Noteworthy details: Check you have enough towels and that the shower is hot.

AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WISH TO FEEL SAFE & GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP
I stayed here from 6:30pm on 6th September and left for an early flight at 3:45am 7th September. I can safely say this is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. On arrival, I went to self check in, and this didn?t work. I then checked in at the front desks, where they informed me that the payment hadn?t been processed properly (but the card machine said ?Approved?.) they made me pay again - this took 2 payments of £71, which was double my entire stay. They gave me an email to contact in case I am charged twice, and the email funnily enough, is no longer in use!
Members of staff on the reception desk could not have been any older than 21. A male member of staff showed me to my room as their computer system still wasn?t working. He later came up to the room with the key cards for the room.
Strangely, he then came up 10 minutes later with an extra towel, asked me (for the second time) if I drove there or got the train (not sure what this matters to them?) and proceeded to hand me a slip of paper WITH HIS PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER and his name on. I was ALONE in the room at this point, as a 24 year old female, alone in a hotel, this made me VERY uncomfortable.
It is now 12th September, and I still do not have my money back nor have I received any major apology for all of this.
Safety: I did not feel safe, after the encounter I had with a member of the hotel staff.

This is one of two Premier Inns avail for Luton Airport. This one is slightly more per night than the J9 location. And this one is slightly nicer with more options for food with several different vending machines on property and a restaurant next door. Convenient location for parking and airport. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We were staying with 2 little kids, and everything was ready for our very late arrival. Breakfast very filling and tasty, and lots to chose from. Thank you for having us.

Absolutely sensational stay! The place was super clean, the beds were ever so comfy and the front of house staff were so kind! Massive shout out to Raja and the team who made the stay so memorable. If I wasn?t flying on holiday I honestly would have stayed the week!
