Horrible experience. Staff rude and unhelpful - intolerant of families and follow you around like hawks. Poundland has one of the worst customer services. B&M and savers it is.

Every time I enter this store I'm treated like a shop lifter having security follow me round all the staff watching me etc... I have video'd the first time it happened now it's every time.... the manager is a waste of time.... I'd avoid this store as much as possible....

Biggest i have ever seen! Sells clothes, stationery, cooking utensils, wax for candles, everything! Nice staff! Very helpful.
