This is my nearest post office and thankfully I no longer have cause to use it much as lock down forced me into using online services mostly. Except when it comes to certain parcel returns. I'm beginning to think that the people who run this post office make up the opening times as they go along! More than once after checking that it's open have I arrived there to find it closed. Lunch time, more than 1 hour, closed at 3 one afternoon when the website says otherwise. It's not correct information and not a reliable service. I appreciate emergencies arise where staff can't get there on time etc but please amend the info and don't say it's open when it's not!Otherwise, not a bad little shop for emergencies. ? Issues are only with the post office!

Lady at the post office counter is just rude! I had a Royal Mail tracking label but she refused to scan and give me a receipt and told me "outside!" "postbox outside!" No explanation or apology given. Really moody. It doesn't kill to be kind.

The post office staff are always moody and never say please or thank you. I have been there many times to return a item and it is pitch quiet and its disgusting service
