Terrible customer service. I was in meetings all day today and had to rush to the post office to send a letter. There was still time before closing yet both the ladies were shouting at everyone that they were closed. There was a problem with sending the type of letter, so I just wanted a little help yet they kept yelling a me that they were closed, even though I got there early and were speaking to me like I didn't speak English. I honestly hate this post office now because these people don't know how to talk others and no respect or empathy for others. After I got home I was just mentally exhausted.

When I always go there big queues and you have to wait ages always short staffed the once I woz in there nearly one hour it's gone very bad its not the staff fault but they really need more staff urgently they work so hard there and very polite when I go there .

Awful and unhelpful staff, half of them don?t know what they are doing, seems like they were all just picked off the road and given a job with no training. One lady refused to help me with my query and called the next customer ignoring me

All the other staff are polite and welcoming apart from the short manager who's totally rude she has a attitude and no manners at all even her own staff have explained shes a total monster.my advice is if you cant manage your role dont apply for it

This rating is purely based on customer service. I visited this post office on 09.07.2020 morning 10am to be precise so the person who served me gets the feedback. There was this Asian lady on extreme left till I don?t remember her name. I went to post my COVID 19 test which was in a prepaid envelope. So I assumed that all I need to do is give it at the counter they will scan and accept it. Clearly their policy with accepting those tests might have changed. I understand policy do change but my problem was her extremely unhelpful and rude attitude. I was genuinely emotional and stressed as all I wanted to do it post it or get correct guidance.That lady had a strong negative body language and all she kept saying was go to the hospital to drop it. I tried contacting L\\u0026 D hospital but couldn?t get through anyone that caused me more stress and I was panicking. So I went back to post office and I waited to be served by her colleague and to tell her that I am happy to pay even though it was prepaid please send it my post like a parcel as I can?t get hold of anyone. Again that same Asian lady started interrupting even though she was already serving a customer! That?s extremely unprofessional.\\n\\nI personally think with all the difficult times we all are in at the moment and with limited resources available the least you can do is be nice and helpful to customers who are coming to your business for a service. I managed to contact my hospital and all they said was you can drop that in any red post box and there was no need for me to go to any hospital.\\n\\nThis is something these staff members at post office should have known. If you can?t give correct information please do not mislead the customers by asking them to go to the hospital to drop a post considering hospitals are high risk too.\\n\\nExtremely disappointed with my experience. So I had to write this long email with facts! I will request the manager to give that individual a proper training and feedback. Thanks again.

The staff are lovely even though they are under so much pressure, unfortunately the same woman each time alone serving on the post office counter. She wants an argument every single time. I told her to leave it as I had done nothing wrong except be in the queue I was told by other staff to queue in. I'd be happy with her job, but she hates it and is abrupt and disgusting to everyone - she needs to be told or to find god or something. Otherwise during hard times (covid) they are doing their best.

They don't even know that parcelforce don't deliver on PO box addresses but still booked my parcel and now i am struggling to get back the parcel from parcelforce. Totally unprofessional staff. Lack of knowledge.

Avoid like the plague. This post office is incredibly busy and woefully under staffed. To pick up a parcel you're looking at a 30-40 minute wait and there will be 4 counters out of 12 open maximum.

Regular post office services as well as Insurance, Travel money, Tax, and Driver's License Staff are polite and always ready to assist.
