I spent over 2K on a new bathroom with which I'm very happy apart from a sticking bath outlet. The bath outlet worked great at first but after 6 months started to stick. I contacted the sales people at Plumb Center Luton and then were very slow in sending a replacement. I had to pay a plumber to replace the defective outlet but they have still not refunded this expense. I just find their aftersales support to be very poor and they just fob you off all the time.
