I ordered a whole chicken i repeated 2 times to make sure it's roasted well done and still got it slighty roasted it's only this location, I have been to other pepes and they do a great job

I went to Pepe?s yesterday and was really disappointed with the customer service. The girls working there were rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping customers. No greeting, no smile, and they acted like serving us was a burden.
It completely ruined the experience. I expected better from a place like Pepe?s. Won?t be going back anytime soon.

One of the worst Pepe?s ever I have visited and wasted my money and time. Wings meal was disgusted in a runny curry sauce and the size of the wings really really dire.
Highly NOT recommended this Branch and waste your money.

They only gave 1 garlic mayo for an £18 meal!!! At least give 1 chilli as well! I requested 4 of each but they took the ultimate mick by just giving one garlic mayo!

Pepe?s in Luton never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. I usually go for the grilled chicken wrap or the peri peri chicken ? both are packed with flavour and cooked just right. The spice levels are spot-on, and the portion sizes are generous for the price.
The staff are friendly and efficient, and the place is clean and well-maintained. Service is usually quick, even during busy hours. Great spot for a quick bite or a casual meal with friends. Definitely one of the best places in Luton for peri peri chicken!

This pepes is always on point with their food. I have that you have to pay 1 pound to order using the app and they rarely answer the phone when you do call but can't complain about the quality of the food and the service once you're there.

Firstly the worst shop I can ever visit. Very very worst customer service, no one responds properly and takes the order. And when I went there the worst thing I have noticed is when the delivery guy came to pick the order there were three girls and very rudely they responded and told him to wait and after that they were talking in their language and making fun of him that is not acceptable and even the manager also noticed this thing but she didn?t even respond to her employees. This is very disappointing. Even delivery drivers they are humans and working hard , I felt so bad for him. Very disappointed and disgusting customer service. I request the shop owner to look into this

I ordered a Half chicken Extra Hot & Well done cooking but they gave me normal one.the taste was horrible, it wasn?t welldone and they didn?t even give me any Sauses. I will never try again ? its just waste of money
