I ordering every time but this time rice is not good

I ordered a whole chicken i repeated 2 times to make sure it's roasted well done and still got it slighty roasted it's only this location, I have been to other pepes and they do a great job

I went to Pepe’s yesterday and was really disappointed with the customer service. The girls working there were rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping customers. No greeting, no smile, and they acted like serving us was a burden.
