Worst fast-food experience of my life. Online ordering is still down as the date of this comment (10/7/2023) and upon unsuccesfully trying to redeem the student voucher, customer service promised I would get another one and I didnt.Awful and incompetent staff.I don't usually review stuff so you could imagine how bad this dreadful estabilshment is. Will contact the PapaJohn's customer service team directly.

Placed an order, it was a student promotion. Order went through fine and was due to collect at 15:15, o ent there and they told me that they didn?t make the pizza and to call papa johns if any problem. Quite rude. Won?t order from here again.

Room temperature. Stuffed crust hard cheese. 1.5 hours delivery, app show delivered after 15 mins but not delivered. Go to Papa John's Chapel St for your room temperature pizza and rude customer service if that's your thing.Lucky to get one star, if a lower option was available it would have been selected.Never again.

They used the wrong sauce on one of the pizzas, when we called they?d rather claim it was cross contamination instead of the wrong sauce, so they won?t refund us, even-though it clearly was the wrong sauce, I don?t think anyone mistakes the taste of ranch sauce with tomato?Then we realised the other pizza was missing the pepperoni and sausages that were in the name of the pizza, and they only put in the ingredients we added on.Lastly, they forgot our drink.Biggest waste of money and time, and very frustrating experience on the phone, while this rude person kept repeating the same thing over and over, refusing to let us talk

Tried to place the order via the phone. The person seems to work the first day. No proper information, can?t help with anything you ask. The call was around 10 min from which there were no conclusion and I have been sent to a website. Very disappointed!

To papa jones management on march road: Ordered pizzas from you today for my son as always. He loves your pizzas. You took the order but the pizza didn't arrive. No one was answering the phones either. This is not the first time I have to claim my order from you. What is going on with youHusband went after 1.5 hours of waiting and you are closed. My son cried because he didn't get his pizza even though he waited so long.To the managers of papa jones pizzeria on march road: I got a delivery confirmation after my post. But ladies and gentlemen, I have cameras installed on the house and I can prove that no one delivered my order.

This is by far the worst pizza I?ve eaten in a very very long time. The quality was on par with Icelands and the garlic dips made me want to shout ?I?m a celebrity, get me out of here!? Whoever eats these and rates them more than a 2/5 obviously have never made or eaten good quality pizzas before. There are lots more places within a delivery radius that do much better. First time and last time for me. Not even if I were starving.

Horrible pizza and sides. Should of gone to Domino's. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never use again. Customer service via phone and email also absolutely appalling. Domino's has amazing customer service. Below Poor.

I would really like to give them more then one star but it is just impossible.I order 2 large pizzas.The Works and Meat Feast.If you collect the meat from both of them you will probably get less then 100gr.Just Dough and a bit of tomato puree.I used to love Papa John but this was huge disappointment!

Took an hour to get delivered, food wasn't very good and not very hot either very disappointed as normally like papa John's, but won't use this one again

Asked for small all meats pizza took forever and was overcharged when I got home it was basically a tomato paste pizza no meat or anything just base sauce also manager mopping around me and smoking disgusting
