I went in to have a look at what rings they had as I wanted to replace one from an ex. I am quite an anxious shopper and I'm not good in social environments but I had the best worker I've ever dealt with helping me.her name is Mandy and she was so lovely, helpful, kind and got the ring size spot on just by looking at my hand. I bought the ring instantly and she gave me other little tips and tricks and it felt so welcoming walking into there and being spoken to by this lovely woman. She deserves a pay rise and I would definitely be going back again to experience such a lovely customer service. She didnt even bring up or push for a review, i had asked for her name as i wanted to write one. Thankyou so much Mandy!

Terrible experience in the Luton store on 27th December . I visited the store to exchange a bracelet for a larger size. Told by the manager as i didn't purchase the item for her sore to return it to the sore i purchased it. Her words were its there problem . Then said the one i was returning could be a fake or stolen. I had the receipt.
Left the store very upset , will never purchase anything from this store!

Went in for the third time as they never have my size in stock to change my ring that had a stone missing. The woman (middle aged) Instantly looking me up and down and insinuating that I had purposely damaged the ring when it?s clearly a manufacturing fault. She tried to tell me I had to wait another 8 weeks for it to be fixed when they had my size in stock. She was reluctant to give me a new ring but finally did and then continued to tell me she?d never seen a stone fall out of a ring like this and it was clearly my fault and I need to look after my stuff better. The people in Pandora look down their nose at you but in reality they?re the same as any other retail worker. They act like Pandora is a high end brand when it really isn?t and automatically assume because you ? look a certain way? you can?t afford it or you?re trying to scam them. Do better you?re no better than a poundland worker

The staff are so rude especially the manager, I had gotten a ring as a gift in which one of the gem stones wasn?t set properly and was moving. When I went in store it came out that when the ring was brought whoever rang it up put in the wrong ring name. The manager was so passive aggressive saying that it?s not moving and made it out to seem like I?m trying to somehow scam them with the ring. She offered no help at all I felt attacked and accused of something that wasn?t my fault in the first place. Never going back there again and in the future will be driving up to MK as the service and the girls there are incredible and understanding

Walked in to shop and was greeted straight away, I already knew what item I wanted to buy as a 21st Birthday present...saleslady was efficient and explained all the dog's n don'ts with the item. I did find her trying to push other items on to me but once I explained to her what it was for she backed off ..was quick and efficient though and I got a bargain as had 50% sale on!!

I have just purchased online the charms that I wanted to buy from this particular branch in luton.As the girl at the till ( long hair brunette, white ) firstly decided to acknowledge me while she was serving another lady before me ( of course nothing to complaint on this) but the problem was when after she told me I ll be with you shortly and finished to serve the lady then started serving another lady that in fact came after me.Not only disappointed about this but she didn't even stopped the woman from asking millions of questions while I was waiting and waiting for good 15 minutes in front of the till.As I went down on my lunch break on purpose to purchase 3 of the new arrivals charms but I wasn't served I have left disappointed and bought them online.Then we complain businesses shut down... with this type of customer service what can we expect?! Soon humans will be replaced by online shopping only.
