I recently visited the O2 store at Luton Mall with my friend to get a mobile phone. During our visit, we had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members named Corey. Her attitude towards customers was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Instead of assisting us patiently, she seemed irritated and dismissive from the start. What was even more upsetting was that we overheard her speaking to a colleague about us in a negative way, saying that we didn?t understand anything. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer service role.
If customers don?t understand something the first time, it?s the responsibility of the staff to explain it clearly?even if it takes two or three times. That?s what good customer service is all about.
We felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the entire process. A store like O2 should ensure that their staff treat every customer with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case with Corey.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service should always be a priority.

Glad i?ve met Joseph at the store today. I?ve had quite a problem after my contract renewal but he sorted that out quick. He was very nice to us, made everything crystal clear, explained what?s what, made us aware of good deals on broadband, really helpful guy, he?s a top man in this store, thank you Joseph?

I had a great experience with this store and the gentleman that helped me was amazing. I can't remember his name but I did leave a review for him on the text message reviews.
I travelled quite a way to your store, as I'd drove half an hour to the stevenage store first, to do a switch on my phone. They refused to do this for me and said their wifi wasn't very good and I'd need to back my phone up myself first ( I have also left a Google review for them on how disappointing this was!) We drove a further 30 minutes to the luton store as we were there the day before, for my husband and were great. We arrived to your store and were welcomed straight away by the lovely gentleman who helped us. He was able to do the switch on my phone and he was able to transfer all my stuff from one phone to another. This unfortunately ran over the 6pm closing time of your store as the whats app wasn't playing ball. But he refused to give up or send me away without me having all my messages etc transfered and kept trying. He ended up working until 6.30pm ( half an hour over ) he didn't make an issue of this, he didn't rush us or make us feel bad for this. He was so attentive, patient and relaxed. He made me feel comfortable even though I was feeling awful that the store had closed and he was still working. I had such an amazing experience, and travelling to your store was worth it after the disappointment from the stevenage store ( which I will never return to) . If we have any issues, I would definitely return to your store. I hope this gentleman that helped us gets the recognition he deserves. Please show him this review and thank him for us once again. I recently bought a new samsung phone and i recieved a link to get the £20 samsung galaxy buds 3 pro. The link wasnt working so i went to o2 store and told them about it, a temporary manager armaan hussain was extremely helpful, he called the head office and explained everything as my english isnt great. He knew a lot about technology and was so supportive. I appreciate all the help.

The o2 store in Luton has very helpful staff. The manager at the store stayed with me 2h after the shop has closed as he helped me with a transfer of information from my old phone and onto my new phone; I did a phone swap. This unfortunately took several hours as my phone had lots of data on it. I am very grateful as I wouldnt be able to do this by myself. The manager was friendly, explained everything to me and dedicated his own time to help me. He was an angel!

Jan 2025, 2nd visit to this store, this time to purchase a new phone. I saw Safa again and excellent service was given. Everything was explained clearly to me about pricing etc. and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
