S*** service eBay shops s* fake promises fake warranty and reconditioned dead batteries which useless wi check 'em out and their feedback on eBay store named under NUMBERONEBATTERYS. Over 200 negative feedba uncertified unhappy customers who regret buying of these cowboys selling reconditioned faulty 4yr false warrantied.Bought car battery just shy of 12mths ago the battery died out of the blue. Was told to pry off ithe indicator window and put distilled water in a sealed maintenance free battery which for obvious reasons is not supposed to be forced opened. very dangerous resolution an dumb request an advice if you want to blow up your car an your whole family clearly shows the cowboys these guys are the don't even know the indicator window is only an indicator for one cell of several cells within that battery so it's not accurate but doesn't mean the battery is not faulty hence why they use this excuse to fob off customers. j rather than keeping the 4 or 5yrs warranty promise and replacing the battery they offer dangerous resolutions. So just be careful guys if you have to unfortunately buy from them. check the negative feedback of over 200 customers regretting buying off these cowboys selling parts to vulnerable an elderly especiallyNOONEBATTERIES ebay store

Do not buy a battery from these people. Our battery failed after 11months it was supposed to have a 4 year guarantee on it, which is not worth the paper its written on.Bought via Ebay have e-mailed and telephoned several times but they dont reply or even answer the phone.

Like all other buyers my battery failed. Under 1 year. But never kept charge from start. For those who want to buy.. DON'T. For those who have bought. Report to Rogue Traders or Rip of Britain. Mention Ebay as it's not possible to leave negative comments or claim there when things go wrong later than a month. Buy with Credit Card. Then maybe complain to Credit Card company about goods unfit for purpose. Got to stop these scammers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honour there warranty. Asked me to return the faulty battery at my expense then had no communication from them after many ebay messages from me and I know they received the returned battery. Absolute rip off seller.

Battery 2 years old, came with 4 year warranty, seller don't respond, appears not interested, had it tested locally says replace, beware.

Be careful when attempting to buy battery from this company. They sell faulty batteries. I bought battery for my son?s car, the day he used it, the battery died on him, AA had to toll him back home due to the battery being faulty. Despite showing this company AA?s report they refused to acknowledge that they had sold me faulty battery, avoid them at all costs

Don't buy if you want your start-stop to work in a few months...Most reviews are written quite soon after purchase. I bought 2 batteries from their eBay store; one for a Mini Cooper and one for a VW Tiguan, both with Start-Stop technology. Within a few months, the start-stop wouldn't work on either car. Took both cars to the garage and they diagnosed the battery was failing to hold sufficient charge. The garage checked both vehicles alternators and charging system and both were fine - it is the battery that is at fault on both cars. But isn't there a 5 year warranty?... funnily enough, the seller doesn't want to know. He initially gave lots of excuses, said he would contact the manufacturer, blah blah blah - now won't reply and isn't interested in returning the batteries under warranty at all. They are less than 2 years old. I'm happy to change this review if the seller wants to help sort this out.

update i got my money back through ebay and my bank, he still has a ccj in the company name and his alias i think he goes by, ironic people like this treat people and the system with utter contempt, worse still is trading standards have done nothing to help despite many reports to them over the years, makes you wonder so use your credit card to pay if your daft enough like me to buy off this fraudster, at least your covered......same story i have tonight issued a county court summons against his companies and him personaly, will let you know out come, he has many sudo names and compamies, i took him to court i did get my money back through ebay and the bank, so he lost in the end, and i would say ask your bank to step in and try to reverse the transaction, they will nearly always try and do it, dont let these scammers get away with your hard earned money

AVOID - took me 2 MONTHS (& Paypal help) to retrieve cash for battery bought from their in-house ebay advertised battery company 'numberonebatteries', They ignored 14 refund requests DESPITE Yodel confirming it had paid their claim for misdelivery. Complete ROGUES

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!The service at this place is the worst ever. You purchase a battery and not only have their listings been strategically miss-leading, but they then try to bully you into keeping an item claiming that " they have upgraded" your purchase to a "better" item when in fact they have done the exact opposite. They use repurposed batteries and re-label them in such way claiming to be of "higher" quality. They especially prey on the more vulnerable in the hope that they won't get challenged so if you are not "clued" up on what you are getting and what you intended on purchasing be very careful and AVOID these cowboys.

Ordered 2 leisurebatteries. Promised next day delivery but took 6 days. They never answered the phone or responded to Emails. The batteries are not of good quality (or even identical). Based on my experience, I would recommend giving these people a wide berth!
