Went into the shop today and was watched like a hawk
I noticed some out of date stuff and when questioned the staff were very rude and told me to get out the shop
I then noticed them having a go at a young lady and her daughter (I assume) whist outside in public having a cigarette
I have contacted trading standards about this and hopefully something gets sorted out about this shop

Well I got barred for writing a review which I haven?t so now here?s my review the manager is rude the shop smells they sell out of date items at full price from 2023! Tried to get an other customer to beat me and 2 minors up which the lady was nice so ignored him the lady with black hair that works there used to be nice but seems to be manipulated by the manager and in the past was refused to be served gas and electric because I didn?t buy anything from the shop if I could give 0stars I would avoid this shop at all costs they need shutting down and I will now be reporting to trading standards edit update they replied saying I?m racist not once have I been racist don?t use that card on me I have a Asian blood brother! Making up petty excuses for being in the wrong

where do i even start. the manager is so rude i asked what the date was not for the expired food and drinks there, js in genreal he ignored me and said to the costomer he was serving just rude people criticising the dates. then followed us out the shop having ago at us. we went into another shop. and once again was outside the shop having ago. then to make things ten times better called over someone from public to fight us. in what world is that okay. he is a grown man i am a 17 year old girl. if you cant sell in date food do not keep the shop open. food poisoning can be very serious and that shop selling out of date stuff is very unsafe. DO NOT go here they are over priced rude and the food and drinks are always put of date. definitely reporting to trading standards.

there is a £3 requirement for paying w/ card; food is sometimes slightly out of date; but overall staff are friendly and prices are mostly reasonable. wider variety of foods compared to the other shops in the area.

They sell expired chocolate and othef foods, often putting them on offer way past the expiration date. Workers are very rude and unwelcoming.

I love our little local Nisa. For a start, it stocks more unusual product ranges than Coop next door - if I'm making international cuisine (which mainly I do) I'm more likely to find the ingredient I want here. Plus, the vegetable range is better - less packaging, and more 'real' than the pre-packaged, uniform specimens at big supermarkets. Frozen food range is also better than next door. Plus they often get the limited edition ranges of sweets and snacks that you can't find in regular shops, which I always find fun.
Not only that, but I actively seek out their sale rail, where they sell products that have exceeded their Best Before date, as the cost of food these days is bonkers, and I have no problem with eating stuff that has passed BBE. When buying crisps and snacks for kids, it makes sense to get cheaper if you can. The staff too are lovely - always friendly, always helpful. They know I am a sucker for reductions and they often make suggestions or bring good offers to my attention at the check out. I think it's great to avoid food going to waste, which feels criminal round here when it's such a deprived area compared to other places in UK, plus the customer gets a good deal at the same time. And they have a little post office. It's a great shop and offers a great service to the community. Thanks guys!

I use this shop on a regular basis, the staff are always very chearful and always willing to above and beyond. so much so they will even help deliver my shopping, as being a disabled person can be a challange which as far as i know this is usually not a service they offer, but are always willing to help me in any way they can. Staff are very friendly.

one of the worst shops in Luton, they don't throw out expired products even if they have been expired for over a year, I showed a product that had been expired for more than a year to one of the employees to which he had a very nervous reaction claiming that the product is still good . I gave one star only because I can't give 0. This store must be checked immediately by the authorities because it is making our community sick

Apparently this store is connected to the launderette do not go there I?ve lost £10 in the dryers nothing works properly I?ve left my no at Nisa to no avail and no one answered the phone shocking

The staff at this lovely place are incredibly helpful and friendly, and I've been visiting for a long time. The owners are very warm and welcoming people.
