Really nice atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. However, the staff was not present when wanting to buy the items, when one member of staff did arrive, the were speaking to a customer for some time. When finished, they left and said they'll be back in a few minutes. Really nice store just a staff shortage that ruined it.

Good inventory but there was only one staff member at the billing counter; therefore I had to wait for approximately 10 mins for my turn.

Nice shop, went in for shoes and they had a very good selection. However, noone was at the pay desk, waited 5 mins before having to go and find someone. I could only see 1 employee in the whole shop. The lady in front was having a refund and it was taking so long. I asked the lady serving if there was anyone who could help as by now I'd been waiting almost 15mins and there was a big queue behind me. The reply I got was it's just me and we are short staffed. It made me want to just leave the shop and not bother but I needed the shoes. Service is incredibly slow and if there was only 1 member of staff, that's terrible. Next time, I shall order online

It's a long overdue review, but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to New Look staff for being so friendly and helpful despite almost closing time! I cant remember the name of a lovely lady who helped me (she had dark hair and I think her name was indian!).
Everyone in the store was super nice and I felt very welcomed although it was quite late.

, is very good in the sense of supplying everything I need, great service & reliable, but down fall is, I tend to shop overboard without intention?s everytime I walk in ? BUT it would be nice for them to start providing incentives to their loyal customers!

Went to the shop with a return and an online order collection. Very efficient service and girls very helpful. The store was very tidy and .uch better than I remember.

Bought trainers 2 weeks ago in the begining of December and came back to ask for replacement as they didn't fit. Spoke with an older black woman and she refused to take them back as it had the smallest piece of dirt right underneath the sole and that "if it didn't fit, I should've bring them straight away". Tried to explain to her (very calmly and politely) that they haven't been worn at all , but she literally turned her back on me and walked away while speaking loudly on her radio. I don't care about the 30£, I'll never go back there.

Bought trainers online and they were faulty so returned them to store.They seem to have got lost in transit and New Look customer service doesn't respond to either e mails, messenger, chat box or WhatsApp and there is no phone number for them. Appalled
