This is a great bank. I went in to get some help with my account, and they helped within 3 minutes.

Only one counter open, but they only got two, long wait to be served, also found out they stopped money exchange for holiday cash, so had to go to BARCLAYS BANK, they still do it, and have lots more counters open. ( something Natwest could learn from).

There is a problem with this bank, every time I have something to solve in 5 minutes I have to wait at least an hour, but what bothers me the most is that there are employees to help you, but they seem very disinterested...

Great service on a Friday afternoon. I went in, 2 of the 4 pay in machines were still not working for another week, which I spotted as soon as I walked in. A NatWest staff immediately saw me enter and advised me of the issue and I accidentally ended up being rude 'I can see, I'll wait' ???? maybe I was annoyed another day of machines not working. Although that's no excuse, poor guy, maybe he was trying to say sorry 'machines aren't working', but the sorry was missed out ?Actually this gentleman was a credit to NatWest, as I appreciate the communication and last week/maybe week before, I just waited till a working pay in machine was free yet no-one even came to advise me as I checked all the machines one by one. In hindsight this staff member seemed new and trying his best to deliver excellent service, which starts with communication and he did that well from the get go ?I thought it's not like me to be rude, so better make a mends before I leave. Although without even having to apologise, the gentleman was excellent, even when I wasn't the most pleasant customer at first interaction, he helped like a true professional. Many customer facing staff may take personal and be moody in return yet he didn't and went above and beyond to answer my questions and find out for me. I appreciated he checked for me, so I didn't need to wait in another queue, within minutes I had all the answers and reassurance I needed and compassionate as my situation was quite well maybe odd for some and they wouldn't have understood yet he did so I appreciated looking back ?I usually avoid asking Q's as staff usually busy, but he was good as standing by for us pay in customers as they do BUT being approachable in his demeanor.Furthermore, I appreciated he was wearing mask to keep us customers safe, and doing his best. I would feel safe if I knew my elderly mother and father where being served by him. I'm sure that's not NatWest policy, as no other staff was wearing, so thank you to him! A credit to NatWest.Overall this branch is actually the best, I've had to bring my elderly mother twice prior to COVID, and she is partially deaf, has asthma and needs interpreter (me), so a tough customer bless her, and going to bank is a challenge and the team were amazing! Treated her like like royalty ? they were very understanding and helpful to get to the bottom of the issue and ensure she was seating and had water! I usually go 3pm ISH and nice and quite, so doesn't take long to be served as the team are great!I love how the ladies know I want to be left alone when I come in put my money in, know ok she knows what she's doing we won't bother her and out I go within minutes. They mind reading me ? ?Top marks for you all at Luton branch, as... Bedford and London, Liverpool Street branch ????Other banks and branches could learn ALOT from this one ? keep it up guys! You are all APPRECIATED, thank you for all your help.I hope the team get recognition from Head Office! Excellent service ?

Been to this branch few times and the service at the counter is very slow. just one staff to accommodate during peak hours - that?s not good especially if you are coming with a younger children.

Too much attention being placed on customers using cash point dispensers. Rather than, employing enough staff at tills. Can't even enter the place without being treated like a criminal on door. Terrible management.

Will be leaving natwest and joining another bank. Its a shame really I've been with them for over a decade. But the lack of staff at this branch is a joke. Always an issue. Have to wait for nearly an hour because they only have 1 person at a till and 1 other person on the floor. Their lack of time management is also an issue. They don't look concerned or even Care to speed up. Some have an attitude but then again what can you really expect from this place.
