My go to place for the best fries and pizza handmade ones. Just heard up for sale. Another victim to high extortionate business rates. Hope however takes it over keeps the staff and trend going.

I?m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent pizza delivery I received from this place. When the order arrived, it was clear that the pizza had been handled carelessly making it evident that no care was taken during delivery or when making the pizza. This was very disappointing and, frankly, felt deliberate.
I expect better attention to detail, and this experience has left me frustrated. Given how my order was handled, I will not be ordering from your establishment again.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would not want others to have a similar experience. I wish I had taken a picture.

Came all the way from London just to try out MUNCHEESE and it was definitely worth it. Delicious food, lovely respectful staff. Very juicy I had to take takeaway for the family and they all enjoyed it. Thank you guys will see you again.
Dietary restrictions: It?s all there and lovely staff will explain everything in details.
Parking: There was parking there but didn?t noticed if it was pay and display.
Kid-friendliness: Very kind will get treated the way they treat themselves

Welcoming staff always, and beautiful fresh food. I've enjoyed chicken, chips, burgers and pizza from Muncheese for over 11 years now (the boss hasn't aged at all). I've never had any problems with the quality of the food or hygiene standards. I would recommend this place for food, I just wish I could eat in.Dietary restrictions: Always mention on placing an order

Muncheese use to be my go to place for years but unfortuntely not anymore. I have had two bad experiences recently that have completely put me off.The first time being a dietary note they missed. My sister has an allergy and I added this on the notes. When the pizzas arrived she unfortunately could not have them.When I rang to inform them, they were not very apologetic and said ?I never saw the notes.? What is the point of having notes if you are NOT checking!?The second time being the ridiculous prices for pizzas. Online it showed £16 for a pizza. There was no option to change or to inform what size you would get. When the pizza arrived it was a 9? pizza for £16 - a total ripoff! The prices are not worth what you get and you have unfortunately lost some loyal customers.
