Very poor service from staff. They show racism towards customers. Especially the light blue colour jumper lady with short hair. She was judging a customer for no reason and very unprofessional behaviour. She was shouting on top of her voice.

The food was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the muffin and Yorkshire sandwich. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. The lady who attended to me was rather unpleasant, and while I understand that everyone can have an off day, her demeanor left a negative impression on me.

This place is not what it used to be. Now I find the people that serve you here are quite rude. Maybe it's just my experience, I'm not sure.

I?m extremely disappointed with the service and food here. I ordered a French toast with blueberries and strawberries which I paid £8.90 for and this is what I got. 1 slice of brioche and just strawberries. When I went to the counter to ask why I?ve received only this, they were very dismissive and said this is what you get. They did not offer anything else as I told them I was very unhappy and that I?ve paid almost £9 for 1 slice and some strawberries. I am extremely disappointed that a chain brand like muffin break employ staff that have no customer service skills and are unhelpful. I would never recommend coming to this place!

Coffee is excellent , staff are very polite , but what I am starting to realise that the staff would charge me different prices on my coffee . I do not say anything to it as they may be overwhelmed which is understandable , but I get the same coffee every single time from muffin break without a doubt , my coffee order never changes , I very much love muffin break out of every coffee place in the mall , but the whole 10 - 12 times I?ve paid for the same coffee with just almond milk as an extra (nothing else) , would either be one day be the amount I should be paying or £2 extra . I read the board , I know how much I should be paying but i don?t think the staff realise that they?re charging me more than what it is. Please teach your workers on how to do maths , because how are you getting it wrong when it?s an electronic till.

Located in the heart of Luton Point, the staff were playing havoc within them, they were laughing at each other while taking up my order, and were busy talking. They had a variety of pastries, sweets, hot and cold coffee. I tried the Iced coffee which was refreshing and tasted great.

So I popped in to grab a cup of Iced coffee and requested them to have a shot of coffee and double shot of the syrup, for my surprise it was an absolute win, tasted so good. If you?re trying out their Iced coffee try this trick and thank me later ? I?ve tried it many times and loved it ?

I?m a big fan of their cappuccino now. Tried the pistachio pastry loved it. Will definitely recommend and come again.

Gluten-free Muffins available BUT some of the younger ladies, one with Hijab & one with long hair and glasses didn?t listen to me properly when taking my order!
Both served me a muffin that contained gluten & left so another employee had to fix the mistake!
The staff is polite except for these two ladies, the one with long hair and glasses always gives me a big fake smile and her attitude is not acceptable.
I worked in the restaurant business for 16 years and I know how to treat customers and that?s not a way to make people come back again.
When I see other people working there I get my Muffin & coffee and usually I?m happy then

Staff are always so lovely, friendly and helpful. Really makes a difference when trying to manage 2 toddlers. Food is good, and so is the coffee

Love this place. It has the best coffee in luton. The milkshakes are amazing and a great selection of fresh food. Always my go to place of choice. Lovely staff and very friendly x

Passing through this city I decided to take a walk in this shopping center, partly to see the place, partly to see a new shopping center, partly because I was also hungry, honestly I was looking for something different but, not as soon as I saw that they had the "Italian focaccia", I couldn't help but stop to see if this product was the usual English fake or not. I was amazed to discover first of all that the coffee, although not perfect, is clearly above average and therefore good. Stopped off in Luton for a bit of business and decided to check this place out as I was passing by it.
Nice coffee place in the centre of the mall. Plenty of seating. Food and tea was of good quality and reasonably priced too.
Food was all halal which was a really good benefit. They also take card payments too.
I opted for the chicken tikka panini and it was very good.
Staff were very friendly.
