This branch does not like serving cash paying customers. Manager did not want to serve at till, toke order wrong then wouldn't change it. Didn't give me receipt so didn't know order number. They called it while in loo. Then left me standing there for 15 minutes, until I asked where food was. Then was given a cold meal. Wouldn't change it. Wasted my lunch break and didn't have lunch that was enjoyable. #wacdonalds

Not a bad place for a rest. Regular food. Not so much friendly service. That?s what you get from McDonald?s anyway.

Not very busy BUT still had to park in the waiting bays. In fact just as I reversed into the space they brought the food it. On the positive side they are very consistent... at getting the order wrong! Thanks a lot at making complaining really difficult.

McDonald's can be a hit or miss with times of going and different places , sometimes drive thrus are ok but can wait a while in queue ? So takes longer ?
Baldock service sometimes click and collect do this and order still but end up going in as there low on staff or just busy ? So that can be a pain ? Other by that food is ok , but could do with more offers and do certain burgers on week days instead of wraps ??

Just downloaded the McD app and ordered a small delivery form this branch, two burgers and three fries. Bag came with a seal, intact, opened and one burger is missing. No way to contact anyone (phone is never answered) the app just sends you in circles with an ai chat bot. So I've deleted the app and will not use delivery again. This has happened before, won't trust them again, crooks or idiots.

This place is not very busy, and yet you have to wait over 15 minutes for coffee. They prioritise drive-through orders & make dine in customers waiting for lingerie time.

I always receive cold food, in the conditions in which I stay close.
I always pay for the sauces but never order them
both disinterest and carelessness for customers. disappointed like every time I order via Uber!!
