Seriously?! This is the worst Mcdonald I've been, whole upstairs with toilet closed, the only toilet downstairs for disabled was closed so I've asked the staff to use it, the came out from the back of the house with the key to open it, really??? There was like 10 tables and I was the only one there, I've ordered my food for the table service, there was like few ladies chatting (quite loud as well), doing nothing, and when my order was ready the lady called me from the window : "table number 3"!?!? I cant belive, worst service ever, this needs to be investigated...

Half an hour wait at 1 in the morning for a portion of fries.

Came in had food parts of order was missing, my little boy needed the toilet to which I was told they cannot open the toilet seemed more like they couldn't be bothered to open them, I waited at counter to be seen was looked at multiple times then ignored whilst waiting patiently then served someone who came in after me, whilst I watched what looked like 2 superiors a lady and a guy called Ali arguing who should go to the counter, training required with customer service skills I would advise, very rude. Showed all chaos in front of customers that do not need to see that.

Without a doubt consistently the worst McDonalds I have been to. Do not order from this location on a delivery app, I have had missing items on practically every order I have placed with them and they don?t refund. The last order I had had an apple pie which had not been sealed upon one side, so was just an empty casing with a couple of chunks of apple. It had also had a ?dispose of? time that predated the time I placed the order.
The experience at the drive thru is no better. Asked for a double cheeseburger on its own, they kept asking about fries and I said, no fries please - i was given 5 x fries and no burger. They looked at me like I was lying when I said I hadn?t ordered it. I mean?
This place has poor food, bad attitudes and they are rip off merchants. I will always go to Dunstable rather than this place even though it is much further away.

night shift workers talk, laugh and don't care about customer service, they are rude and obnoxious, the shift manager should lose his job, he stood at the back and stupidly joked about the situation, 3 customers, 25 minutes of waiting for food

Most of the time WIFI isn't working and even network is down for mobile data due to the location. Very frustrating.
