Avoid at all costs! He's a con artist and a liar! I bought a mattress in June which allegedly came with a 10 year guarantee. The mattress sunk within 5 months and he refused to do anything about it. He came up with some BS every time I called him about the issue and has now refused to do anything about it. In fact his suggestion was that I should throw the mattress out on the street so he encourages flytipping too! There are plenty of other (better) shops in Luton so go elsewhere.

Bought carpet from this place on two occasions. It was well fitted and he did a good job at a very reasonable rate and the agreed time frame.

If there was an option for --(minus) stars I would.. awful and ultimate time waster. Purchased carpet with deposit and kept ignoring calls and text and then went back on the deal and said things wasn?t included and demanded more money and the carpet apparently kept having problems. Kept saying it will come next week and will let us know when fitting. Rediculious as two weeks had passed from the date it was meant to be fitted. We tried calling numerious times and will get he is not in and then hear them talking in the background. Total waste of time and business like this shouldn?t be open.
