Brilliant night out, Great food, The staff in the right hand bar as you walk in were amazing.The left hand bar you turn invisible as you reach the bar? But they were busy!But I think they should leave one bar staff member there permanently?

Been to several birthday parties here, including my own several years ago! Great venue. Nice bijoux, cosy setting. Not stayed in the hotel but heard of positive reviews. Decor in the dining area is beautiful. Love the Morrocan room, with vibrant colours. Breakfast was tasty. A good location. So sad it is closing.Nearby activities: Not far from Luton Town shopping centre.Food & drinks: Tasty breakfast. Had tapas menu before. Worth a visit if in the area. Loads of deals in the run up to Christmas.

We have the worst experience with this hotel!Dirty rooms (101, 206), incredible noisy, windows doesn?t close properly!Don?t recommend!!Rooms: Dirty, old fashioned!!

I am part of a 3 week conference room hire at this hotel. If I had to sum the experience up in one word, it would be exceptional. This place is somewhat of a hidden gem in the area, but once you find it you will be seriously impressed with the place.Really beautiful venue with a couple of different bars and a really nice outdoors area. Décor is really cool and everything is fresh. The place is maintained to a really high standard. The building just has a really warm and inviting feel to it.As with most things, it is the people that make a place. Here is some of the best service I have ever experienced. On walking through the door I was greeted by Paul who I believe to be one of the owners. I was instantly made to feel welcome and he explained everything I needed to know to me. He introduced me to Rob who is the facilities manager. Rob is absolutely fantastic and has looked after us above and beyond every day. They have some great chefs in the kitchen too and the food is top notch.My rating for the Leaside is 11/10. Seriously cannot fault the place and I don't think my praise dose the hotel justice! Thanks guys, I look forward to returning.

I have been different times at The Leaside Hotel for business trips and each time was better than the previous.Wonderful people, they make you feel home.Very tasty food, big portions and a huge variety of beers and gin.Fresh cooked breakfast each morning. ®The hotel is very close to the airport and the train station, very good location to reach London and all the connected city around.PS: Parties every weekend ?

On arrival we were given upgrade. That's great if the upgrade is clean very dusty . In fact all the landings were dusty carpets ... just attention to detail would be great . We chose not to eat . Area not the best of areas broken into van on car park was worried about leaving car. Very close to train track . And very noisy . Receptionist on leaving was very abrupt and not what you would expect from customer service . Only booked because of going to match .only good thing really was large bath. Toilet seat came off on lifting the lid ?and dirty hinges .

Sinead , Sam, Debbie and last but NOT least Vibha who won the day by making me Frenchtoast as we make them in Pakistan and India , not to mention Chris and finally not to forget Hucksby who outdoes us being 4 legged and an adorable puppy make this place a special, friendly , loyalty rewarding home away from home. I asked for tap water and Debbie brought me nice bottled water with a glass and brought it to me upstairs . I believe the lovely lady who took my booking on the phone the first time was Chloe but I could be totally wrong about the name was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel situated in the High town 7 minute walk from the station. Looking forward to Vibha s French toast again tomorrow. It's not on the menu but if you ask nicely she ll oblige! They taste nicer the Pakistani way with sugar beaten into it and as Vibha is from Mumbai she knew exactly how to make them! Thanks everyone at Leaside whom I am yet to meet!

On driving down into the car park, you do wonder what you are going to stay in, however the rooms are good, the food excellent and the staff amazing especially Debbie and Romana. There were 12 of us having a family weekend, we had read the hotel would have loud music until late and the hotel rang to warn. It actually wasn?t too bad and could not be heard in the Coach house suite. The staff couldn?t do enough for us, the restaurant is very quirky and the quality of the food very good.

We held a party here and the staff were simply amazing from start to finish. Shinead met with us beforehand to help us decide on the food, drinks and finer details. Everything went to plan and the team worked tirelessly in the background making sure the event was perfect. Would highly recommend using The Leaside for parties.
