I visited the site when i came to Luton and the under tray came loose. George helped me out, he put the car straight on the ramp and delt with the issues. Appreciated the quick service and help ? will definitely recommend to family and friends. Kind regards

So happy and grateful for the service I received today.Called in for same day service as I was in Dunstable for work and noticed my flat tire and needed to get back home.Was asked to bring it in straight away and it was sorted as soon as I got there.The place was clean and tidy and the service was 5 star ?.Thank you guys and keep it up.

Both visits,, staff attitude was challenging. The Manager has a unique way of interacting with customers whereby he will not make any eye contact and it can be annoying. Nevermind, taking my business elsewhere. Good luck!!

One stop repair shop plus you can book online or call appointments before hand so much more easier just pop in on agreed time and get the repair done.
As you go in you are greeted by staff confirming your appointment and they even got a waiting
You can sit n chill while your vehicle gets fixed

I had 2 new tyres done yesterday and alignment checked. I paid an excessive amount due to alignment issues. Then when picking up the car as soon as i left the garage i went to reset my tyres pressure to the correct pressure on the system. I noticed my pressure was down significantly in my rear left tyre. I called them back and they said we can take a look i had another guy come to my car and i showed him that this doesn't make sense the back tyres were not even checked or done for anything so their should be no reason why their us an issue.the simple response i got was i will blow them and thats pretty much it he sprayed a spray on my tyres to check for a ?puncture? which now after consolidation with another garage should have been checked in more detail but was not. When leaving my tyres were pumped up quite a bit and then after leaving about two hours later i noticed the tyres decreased significantly in pressure. I had to call AA out to me as my tyre went completely flat. When removed the AA man pointed out the slash on the inner part of my tyre. Coincidence- i don't think so. Will not be attending this garage again!

Hit a pothole badly. Lost my exhaust back box. Dropped into these guys, who got me sorted on the same day hassle free. Got a better price than expected, what more could you ask. The team are friendly & knowledgeable. They?ll try hard to accommodate you. A big thank you to the team.

I called to book an appointment and was told to come down as they could do it now. Approximately 90mins later after my call I had my car fixed and back on the road. Maybe lucky? Exceeded my expectations after a failed attempt booking online due to an error message. Delighted with the helpful team at Cosgrove way.
