I had a good experience at KwikFit Chapel Street this morning. I originally visited a different KwikFit location for an appointment and was disappointed they still required me to leave the car all day despite having an appointment.
I then called KwikFit Chapel Street and spoke to Usman who was very professional and polite and assured me someone would be able to look at the problem. When I brought my car in, he estimated it would take 20-30min so I waited. After 30min, the mechanic relayed the issue to Usman who then very clearly explained what was causing the problem, how to fix it and an opinion on the severity (i.e. whether it should be fixed immediately or if it was fine to wait for a service I had already booked elsewhere). There was no sales pressure to have the problem fixed at KwikFit.
I would definitely return in the future.
