Have been using this dry cleaners for many years now and the service can only be described as first class. Nothing is ever too much trouble for anybody that works here . Anything I?ve ever taken to them always comes back like it was when I first bought it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The best dry cleaners ever! We?ve been going there for 16 years and never had a bad experience! Kerry and his team are the best in the business. Sometimes I just like to go in there for the lovely welcome. In fact my husband says I love it there so much I should get a job there! In all seriousness tho, they are the best of the best, the cream of the crop! I would never go anywhere else for my dry cleaning, alterations, repairs, etc etc. I cannot even list all the amazing services they?ve done for us! My car was blocked in one day and Kerry found the owner of the car so I could get out. They always go the extra mile. All our family agree. Never change kez?s, you?re one in a million

Do not ever use this dry cleaner for alterations to suits. I gave my suit to them with a slight nick, the seamstress they use has now made my suit un wearable. Stitching done with a different colour to that of the suit, frayed, messy and an awful job. I will now have to buy a brand new suit jacket as this is simply terrible.The worst part of all, was the service from the manager, the most obnoxious, rude, arrogant individual I have come across. Shouted over me on the phone, did not listen whatsoever. Then in person when I took the suit back to the shop the manager then smirked and laughed as I explained this was of a poor standard.I would never, and hope no one ever uses this dry cleaners.The manager then took the suit jacket, took my phone number and said he would send this back to the seamstress, call me the following day, and collect a day later. There was no call from the manager. Another store worker called me 5 days later, nothing could be changed and a full refund offered. Zero stars, 0/10 service, would not ever recommend.

I was desperate to get my suit cleaned in the space of a day, as I had to attend a funeral in Belfast the following day.I called 3 other dry clean companies in Luton, and even after hearing my desperate plea for help was told they could not do it, and there would be no dry cleaners that would be able to in such a short space of time.How wrong they all were!I phoned Kez's and explained my situation and the very friendly gentleman I spoke to told me, "No problem at all sir."He told me the cost, which was very reasonable, and advised they would prioritise the cleaning of my suit on drop off.I dropped my suit off at around 09:45 and was told they would call when completed.I was amazed that at 13:00, I received a call to say my suit had been cleaned and pressed and was ready for collection.My suit(which looked like brand new) on collecting it, was in a strong protective wrapping on a hanger to ensure no damage could come to my suit after leaving the shop.I'd just like to say the biggest thankyou to all the staff at Kez's for being so accommodating, helpful, friendly, professional, and delivering a service above and beyond.I have already told my friends about Kez's and my friend Caroline has already used them to clean her duvets, and she like me was delighted with the cleaning and service provided.

Totally unsatisfactory and ridiculous. Don't even consider coming here ever in your life. What a shambles this company truly is. The customer service is awful/shocking the owner has poor communication skills and needs serious training he's obnoxious to say the least i wish i could give 0 stars & abdolute disaster.
