Great service by the guys at Joe Graham.From the engineer who came out to look at the issues with my washing machine - charged at a very reasonable rate, the manager in the shop who sold me a replacement machine (cheaper than AO & Curry's) after the original machine was diagnosed as being beyond economic repair.And to the man who delivered the machine and for taking our knackered machine away......

Our washing machine had an error message I thought I'd tried everything. Until I spoke to Andy today! He talked me through a few steps and I manged to locate a hairband which was causing our machine not to work. Fantastic customer service many thanks!

Go assist working along side with Joe Graham & Sons are scammersI called go assist, George answered and signed me up to the £89 call out fee and then over £10 a month on insurance, again not really sure why he signed me up with insurance before anyone has even seen my machine!An engineer from Joe Graham & Sons came over a week later and was there not even 10minutes to tell me it was the heat element and that was it. He also said that booking it through go assist I?m paying more for the parts then I should be because they?re the ?middle man? and they would charge me more! He didn?t have much to say and didn?t even pull out my machine, checking one thing with a probe he was 100% certain it was the heat element. He told me he didn?t have the part on him and I?d have to speak to go assist after he sent a report to book in for the engineer to come back to fit the part. 10mins and he was gone.5 days later the part has been ordered and I was sent a payment link. Over £86 for the part which I paid straight away.I was then told the engineer could come back out on the Tuesday to fix the machine and that was it between 10 and 3pm.A new engineer arrived and said that the machine was very dangerous and the plug and the back of the machine was black and could have set on fire. Why hadn?t the First lazy engineer do this? Isn?t it protocol to do all checks thoroughly before diagnosing? Apparently he changed the heat element, and then told my dad that I would need more parts worth over £350 to fix the rest of it. Why was the heat element changed if it wasn?t fit to work and needed a lot more work done to it? No one asked to confirm whether I was happy to go ahead.Why wasn?t I made aware of this when the first engineer came out? Why did the second engineer fix a new part onto a machine that clearly isn?t safe to use and won?t fix the problem anyway?Go assist WILL NOT REFUND YOU! at all. So now I have a broken washing machine with a new heat element that can?t be used.DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!! THEY ARE LAZY SCAMMERS THAT JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!
