“Thank you guys for my wedding band. I love it. I’d been searching for weeks for a wedding band I like and could afford. We found Kashmir Jewellers after looking in 5 others in Bury Park. Saquib knew what he was talking about and showed me a brochure, I picked a ring and they had it made in my size 2 weeks later. Easy as that. The ring ended up weighing a gram more but they only charged me for the gold and not the labour which I didn’t mind in the slightest because I got a 22k band for a fraction of the price of an 18k one in my size online. Amazing little shop. Highly recommended. Don’t listen to the guy in the comment below lol. Thanks again guys ❤️”

“We have made several purchases from The Mall branch and every time we need to go to a jewellers, this is where we go for new jewellery.We went in and were greeted by all staff on the shop floor Wendy, Luke and Tatiana.Luke helped my partner to purchase Christmas presents for her daughter while Wendy helped me choose a new watch for Christmas - however, I caught the last day of their watch sale and had an exceptional chance to purchase 2 watches with the second watch being half price (even on other sale reduced prices on some items).My partner brought me a Bulova automatic watch for Christmas and I brought a G-Shock watch for everyday at work as I am fed up with "smart" watches always running out of battery or disconnecting from the mobile.All products purchased were great items, well priced and exactly what we wanted.The staff members were amazing, straight forward and easy to communicate and work with, well presented, knowledgeable and had experience.The shop is well presented and clean, displays and items were all clean and shining in the lighting.Well worth a visit.”

I am quite an anxious shopper and I'm not good in social environments but I had the best worker I've ever dealt with helping me.her name is Mandy and she was so lovely, helpful, kind and got the ring size spot on just by looking at my hand. I bought the ring instantly and she gave me other little tips and tricks and it felt so welcoming walking into there and being spoken to by this lovely woman. She deserves a pay rise and I would definitely be going back again to experience such a lovely customer service. “My experience of two visits in the period of a few days was brilliant.Annie served me and she was extremely helpful and patient, assisting me in choosing my required item and giving me much needed advice.My first visit was an early morning one so only a customer or two. “One of my favourite childhood stores. There are so many interesting girlie things, like cuddly toys, hair accessories, makeup, jewellery...that little girls absolutely love! Now I usually get gifts for the little ladies in the family from here. There are sometimes some really good offers going on jewellery and soft toys. They offer ear piercing as well. My sister had her's done from here years ago and all was good and handled professionally. Heard from some friends that price has increased for piercing significantly. Staff are polite. Would recommend a visit.”
