I was served by Adam on Wednesday 18/06 i told him I wasn't interested in fashion I wanted something I could wear and fill comfortable in I wasn't interested in trendy names I particularly liked this new range of trainers from a new brand called ON I tried on 6 different styles they had in the shop Adam answered all questions didn't push me into buying a certain brand let me chose the one I liked I chose ON cloud trainers as I felt there were comfortable stylish looking not to expensive (compared to other brands like nike )i went home and the next day 19/06 took them back for a more expensive pair of on cloud trainers i was served by adam i exchanged them for another pair of on cloud trainers no problem at all no pressure i am very pleasedwith adam polite professional courteous no high pressure sales techniques just simply sold me a trainer i wanted to buy comfort not fashion well done adam shop was clean music was too loud staff were busy very impressed well done adam at jd sports luton I am very happy with on cloud trainers shop environment was good

Worst experience ever! I had an encounter with one of the employees I believe is a manager with the black eyeliner. She was very rude and was very unprofessional when it came to asking for help to get my size of shoes. I was absolutely appalled with the way I was dealt with by her, wont be going back to her again for help if I ever go back into JD.

My initial experience at JD Sports was not at all pleasant. I went to buy a par of trainers. The employee at the desk instructed me to wait until someone brought out the pair of trainers. I observed employees conversing and idly walking for more over 15 minutes. The same individual appeared perplexed when I inquired again before ultimately choosing to get the trainers themselves.
I was really frustrated with the lack of support received. The lesson here is to not trust them with your order. It was definitely not what I had anticipated from such a well-known retailer.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from JD Sports, but unfortunately, I experienced a very disappointing interaction with the manager (who was wearing a manager tag). Her behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome, as though I was being judged or suspected of wrongdoing.
When I asked for a pair of shoes to try, she provided them but immediately questioned if I could afford them, saying something along the lines of ?This shoe is expensive, are you sure?? This kind of remark is completely inappropriate. As customers, we come to shop, not to have our purchasing ability questioned.
Additionally, when I tried to touch another pair of shoes to examine them, she abruptly told me not to. As a customer, I expect to be able to thoroughly check the product I?m purchasing.
On a positive note, another sales assistant stepped in and was far more helpful and respectful compared to the manager.
Overall, I am highly disappointed with the experience, especially coming from someone in a managerial position. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism moving forward.

First experience at JD Sports and it wasn?t a good one. We went to pick up trainers that we had ordered. The Asian Chinese lady told us to wait for someone to bring them out to us. 15 minutes later and nothing. We asked her again and she looked perplexed. She went to the back and bought the trainers for us.
So the moral of the story is not to be a muppet and believe what they say. Harass the staff who are standing around doing jack all to get some service.

I recently visited your JD at Luton mall and was disappointed with the service I received from the staff. Unfortunately, I experienced rude behavior and racial discrimination.
Specifically, I was told that sizes were unavailable, which I later discovered to be untrue. This lack of transparency and respect made my shopping experience unpleasant.
I hope you will address these issues and ensure that all customers receive fair and respectful treatment.
