I would like to highly recommend this optician. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had my eyes tested and ordered new glasses, which were ready in less than 24 hours?amazingly fast!
I am currently writing my bachelor?s thesis, and without these glasses, it would have been extremely difficult for me. Thanks to the quick and efficient service, I can now work comfortably and focus on my studies. I am very grateful and will definitely return for any future needs

Positives - engaging, friendly and professional optician, whom I trust and have enjoyed working with throughout. Highly recommend
Negatives - let down by operations/back office. Over the past 12 months, I?ve had to chase/manually intervene when my lens delivery has been one or more months late. First time fine, second time made me weary. This being the third time, with yet again no one proactively ensuring that I would be covered (given the previous errors, and given that I?ve been a customer for so long, I expected some reasonable prioritisation/care/governance), I?ve finally given up and am switching providers

I have come here for over 10+ years every time I'm met with friendly faces and quick service.
The shops always spotless and it's easy to park.

After being given the all clear by vision express saying my eyes were good. I was still getting symptoms of floaters and flashes. The optician at this centre saved my eyesight by diagnosing that I had a retinal detachment. My GP thought I was being a hypercondriac and sent me away too. This centre was amazing found the problem and referred me immediately to moorfields eye hospital. I can't thank the optician enough and owe him so much thankyou. Highly recommend this place they listen to you and Care.

Steer clear of this place! They seem more interested in your money than providing genuine optical services. My lenses were completely messed up, and to make matters worse, they only offered a partial refund for their own mistake. It?s beyond frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this ?optician.? Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else for reliable optical service.

This experience was extremely disappointing, and I regret spending both my money and time at iCareCentre. The outdated optical equipment made me feel like I was back in the 70s. To make matters worse, after visiting my regular optician, I found out that Sukhdev?s prescription was not just slightly off but very inaccurate. This left me puzzled and wondering why I even went to iCareCentre in the first place. If you?re seeking an accurate prescription, I strongly advise avoiding this place. I reluctantly chose iCareCentre only because I was away from my regular opticians, and it turned out to be a regrettable decision.

Absolutely brilliant service provided by the team, from the moment you walk in with a friendly greeting making you feel relaxed, to the in depth expertise of the optom Mr Singh explaining in full detail of how my eyetest was being conducted to the aftercare of providing me with 1st time glasses. My hat off to all the shop staff especially Krishen helping me choose my frames and what lenses to go for. Also to note while chatting to Krishen found out he is a big Hatters fan!!!! Go Hatters LTFC. Many Thanks and will be back

Best place in Luton to have your eyes tested. A great selection of frames.Sukh is very professional and brings years of experience.Great customer service from Krish, Josh and the rest of the front of house staff. They know their products and the lenses available.Highly recommend anyone who needs an eye test or wishes to purchase glasses to check out iCare.
