Rude and Lying Experience by the Lady thereI went this morning I wanted to buy 2 big suitcase and 1 small suitcase, The Big one was for 39.99 and small one was 24.99, and I asked for discount for the small one to which the lady there said the owner will fire here if she gave discount, so later I came back and selected the suitcase which was of unique colour and asked in need two pieces of this and paid and left mentioning that I will come back in 3 hours and collect it, when I came back she mentioned that they do not have the same colour however I can take the big one of the same colour with no extra charge, however that was for 44.99 , hence it would be of total 109.97 which is 5 pounds more then what I paid , hope she does not get fired now lol

Poor customer service and I purchased a suitcase and went back for exchange as the suitcase cracked on corner. The salesman just lectured me about airport baggage handling and refused to exchange. Very disappointed and behaviour of staff.

Worst experience at the store (opposite to Wilko, Luton Mall) as the staff is so unprofessional and uneducated especially one man and a woman over there in sales who talked in a very rude tone with me and my husband while shopping. They don?t know how to deal with a customer and also don?t have any appropriate knowledge of the product. I think they should get some training first, on how to behave as a salesperson!!!!!

My wife and I recently had an unpleasant experience with the sales staff, especially a lady and a tall men, at the Home Store (opposite Wilko) in Luton Mall. I had a negative impression of the store due to their lack of customer service skills and product knowledge. In a surprisingly unprofessional manner, they went as far as instructing us to ?get out.? This experience was not only disappointing but has also forced me to reconsider any patronage I seek in the future. I strongly recommend not to visit the store.

Never will we go to that's store again . Went to return a faulty item and they refused to refund my money or exchange the product. They changed the item after I said I will take this up with trading standards.
