Everyone very polite, happy and helpful. Maria was very polite to ask how my stay was and if everything was OK. Also the cleaners for saying good morning when leaving my room. Nice way to start my day. Thumbs up

Hotel rooms are very dated and old. Staff are very polite and helpful though. Maria in the restaurant is extremely hard working and lovely. Update the rooms though please Hilton, the place would be so much better. Airport is only a 10 minute drive away

I would like to ask for refund after a diabolical experience at all - 1. I was given a disabled room. When I asked for a different one, I was advised the hotel was booked & as I was checking in on my own it should be okay for me to stay in one. 2. The room was dirty & dusty. 3. The sheets hadn't been changed & smelled of strong aftershave. The shower did not work properly with water changing temperature from scorching hot to freezing cold every 10 secs. Tried to call reception but no one answered. 4. The toilet designed for wheelchair was higher than normal resulting to my legs dangling. 5. During check in, the guests before me were offered bottles of water in case the room didn't have one. Strangely I wasn't offered & the room didn't have water there. 6. During breakfast, it took 20mins for an omelette which had the wrong ingredients. On trying to query, the lady in the kitchen rudely responded "plates are hot, do you want it or not?" Rude & unprofessional behaviour

Staff were extremely helpful to my disabled partner room extremely comfortable facilities accommodate disabled people flip down seats in shower and lifts everything my partner needs for comfort was available

I always come to this hotel when I?m coming to Luton for work, the rooms are always clean, corridors quiet and gym well appointed. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, Maria at breakfast is always very attentive ?

The room was spacious and clean. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Always ready to help. The night bar staff and person reception were great. Maria and Kathy were in the restaurant were brilliant and went the extra mile to see were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Excellent staff who were very pleasant and helpful. Most importantly they knew their product. Marta on breakfast was particularly stand out together with the reception team when we checked in late last night.

We had a lovely stay whilst visiting for a wedding. Very comfortable room, good beds and tidy throughout. Service was excellent, all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was particularly nice on the Saturday.

Hotel solved reservation issue (family room for 3 adults does not fit, not clearly indicated in HH app or in booking.Com) with intervention of management. Responsive in app chat. Sleep quality good, rooms are clean but bit tired. The restaurant crew was great, personal and forthcoming. John, Kathy and Max are great. Made breakfast something special.

Hi James, Thanks for the email, however the first night we stayed we were woken up at 11pm with the phone ringing and some man banging on the door, then we had the cleaners knocking on the door at 9am the next morning which was Sunday. i invited family down for food and drinks and it became obvious there was some long term guests staying at the hotel, some were intimidating asking for cigarettes, another was coughing and clearing his throat while my daughter was trying to eat her overpriced food, i asked my daughter to get something from our room and she refused due to some of the people as she felt unsafe, this hotel is advertised as a 4star and charges like a 4star, and then the fire alarm on Monday morning, you knocked on our door said it was just the alarm nothing to worry about but then you returned and said we had to go outside, my wife is disabled and i was told she had to use the stairs, this was traumatic for my wife as she suffers with anxiety and had to have to come down a stairs which is her facing her worst fears, we then went to the front of the building as told, i put my wife into our car and waited for someone to tell us to back into the hotel after a good half an hour i went into the hotel there was no one at reception and i couldn't find anyone, so waited a while, as i was waiting everyone seemed to be having breakfast and my wife was still out in the car terrified, then when i go to pay the bill your manager wants me to pay 50% not even an apology, i am taking this further as I'm not happy with the resolution and the treatment of my disabled wife.

We came with a fairly large group of vegetarians, and our dieet requirements were very well taken care of. The food was varied and delicious. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The service was very friendly.

A brilliant stay at Hilton it was great customer service thanks to Maria the supervisor she?s very useful and helpful went out her way to help very respectful and kind I will definitely recommend the stay at hilton

quality service from house staff, specially Maria. the beds were very comfortable, the room consistently clean and the pillows very soft. AC in the room worked well, the Blackout curtains helped me as I'm an early sleeper

Reception service was great. Room was spacious, clean and room service done a lovely job of refreshing the room everyday. Restaurant food was nice and the service from the staff led by Maria was A*. Look forward to the next stay.

Came to the hotel on a business trip, some points that stand out to me are: - good food, reasonably priced - spacious rooms with comfy beds - staff are all friendly - Maria is extremely helpful and polite.
