Excellent service by all staff here at Luton Halifax. Umar really helped me with my online banking, which now saves me coming into branch to do any transfers I can just do them all at the comfort of my own home. Keep up the great work Halifax Luton.

My first ever bank account. I was recommended by a friend to go to halifax. I got a appointment made in Mk very quickly for the following day in luton. I met Umar the consultant who was very polite and provided me with excellent customer service. He talked through each step and made me understand what the difference between banking and savings is. I would recommend my friends to visit halifax and come and speak to umar.

I visited the halifax branch today and saw a consultant by the name of Umar. He provided me with a excellent customer service, talked through all the accounts and gave me the option to choose from he really went above and beyond for me and my partner. excellent customer service provided by Umar in the Luton halifax branch, he spoke to me about each step of my banking and savings needs. He asked what my plans are after i have completed my study's at university, do i have plans on staying here or going back to India. Umar exceeded my expectations and made me much better of also demonstrated how to use my online banking so i can use from comfort of my home.

Absolutely disgusting! Had the worst experience. When I finally saw somebody he was rude and not friendly kept on gossiping with other workers even interrupting the conversation. Unprofessional and awful customer service.

Useless. Firstly there is always only one counter open when they have 3 positions and there always seems to be multiple people that COULD be serving but aren't, secondly - I know it's a bank, but they shut way too early, it's never accessable half the time because they always have the doors closed for periods of time anyway. An annoying place overall.

First impressions are dirty and dated, the seating is filthy. The first man I spoke to after entering came across as rude and arrogant, I told him why I was at the bank and explained I needed the cashier first. After that when he approached me again he asked me again what I wanted then told me I'd have to wait to be seen. I waited 20 min.... And even had to inform him an elderly gentleman was struggling with one of the machines to which he pointed at another area and told me to wait there! Appalling service I'm thinking of moving all my accounts to another bank. Only positive customer service was a lovely polite lady who tried to assist me.
