Got referred to the auto centre from the Halfords store as my bonnet wouldn't open and Ras was very polite and quick to help me. He managed to fix the problem within minutes with no hassle at all. Thank you so much

My car service booked by warranty here. On my arrival I had to meet very impolite and ill mannered manager who really needs to learn how to deal with
customers. Asking un necessary stuff which does not need anything to do with my car. In the name of rules which are not displayed any where.
I have few queries which weren't answered properly. The guy have some really bad attitude. Leaving my car there I didn't feel positive and never had to deal this kind of behaviour.
After service he didn't tell me what he did in the name of service. Didn't change oil filter and oil change now I have error in my car for it. What's the point of having car service there if they don't do their job properly. Once I get home I checked the Google reviews were filled with 1 star and sharing same stories of bullying and bad behaviour of manager Fozlu with customers.. I was appalled why my warranty have booked me here. I wouldn't go any where where reviews are that bad. Now I can see reviews have changed and praising the manager which is big question in authenticity of these reviews. Owner really needs to change the management for his business.
On one review I read the staff ganged up on Customer. I can tell that it's true because when I call out his bad behaviour soon I saw his staff gathering near the office one polish boy and another bearded guy. Bearded guy understood my point and being helpful later and guided me but I have been disturbed with my experience there. These recent reviews are indeed fake . When I checked there was none all were complaints and real.

I can't thank the team at Halfords, Luton (Windmill Trading Estate) enough for their exceptional service! I mistakenly booked my MOT for the following week, only realising when I arrived that my MOT was due to expire the next day. Despite being fully booked, Fozlu and the team went above and beyond to fit me in and complete the MOT that same day. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate a stressed-out customer like me was truly appreciated. Outstanding service?thank you again, Fozlu and team!

Brilliant staff, incredibly helpful and willing to make you feel at ease. I had a blown DTR Light and the guys at Halfords Auto Centre on Thistle Road were just brilliant. They knew exactly what they were doing and showed me how to change the bulb in future. They didn?t have to fit me in but they did. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys!
