I booked an appointment here by walking in to the store and it was confirmed by the receptionist. When I came in for the appointment the receptionist said they cannot see the appointment in system and it might be booked by someone else. I don?t understand this as ideally booking system should be the same across the store.Disappointing experience as I need to block my time and travel all the way and return.

Everyone was super friendly! From the person welcoming me, to washing my hair (a fantastic head massage) to the stylist who cut my hair perfectly exactly how I wanted it. Thank you ladies, I will definitely be going back soon! ?

Literally this is the best place. As soon as I came in I was welcomed and shown where to go. Everyone was super friendly, I was offered a drink multiple times, customer care is a real thing there. Shannon is a real pro, made me feel easy about my feet, even good for once. She let me know what she was doing and why... I ask a lot a questions....sometimes.... but it was all in her stride.. always happy to talk.... knowledgeable in her field, super friendly, as is the rest of the team, and her work is amazing. Thank you guys.

Been here a few times and every time I say I won't go back and after my last visit I certainly won'tThere is no atmosphere in there. Everyone looks like the are only there because they have to. I have never been really happy with my hair after them.
